On my second visit my now platinum blonde hair was dyed an inch away from the root and I fixed it myself with hair lightening bleach. On my third and final visit after my hair had broken off all around my hairline, the stylist blamed everything but her work for the damage. When she finished I actually said ' I hate it' while still sitting in the chair in earshot of all the other clients in the salon. When she tried to start to fix it the lady boss told her no and if she did anymore to it I would be charged more. The salon is filthy and on all occasions I have had to clean my shoes when I got home. I have a bald spot on one side of my head and have lost more than 4 inches of my hair in an effort to salvage what's left of it. I have since sourced another salon with whom I have booked an appointment to fix my in their words 'severly overprocessed hair' after lockdown. This has been my worst hair experience ever but at least it can't look any worse! I urge anyone to think very carefully before you book here!
