I did think it was an unusual set up, of the building itself. All the storage units I've seen are outdoor type units. Where you just park your car next to the big garage-door-looking-unit doors, and open yours up right in the 'road' of the storage facility. These however, you drive up to the building and you open the door INTO the whole inside of the building. Where there are 'hallways' filled with other storage unit garage door looking doors. Seemed odd to me, since I've never witnessed any like this before. The indoor units were decently sized. My friends unit, I want to say was roughly 8' x 8'. And that's by eyeing it and taking a guess. You could fit a lot of stuff in an 8' x 8' space!

There is full time security on the property, no other storage facilities offers this. We never had any problems with entering or existing, just a great all around experience. Not only that, there's only Phantom service. somebody comes out and puts locks on if you don't pay. But others in that there's no one to help. there's no bathroom services, so why you and yor people are trying to work some of the hardest jobs in your life. You have to take the time to leave and go find the bathroom. I'm glad life storage doesn't do that. I'm switching over to them in just a very few days.

The service I received was exceptional, they called to check in on when I would be arriving to make sure everything was all set. The size of the unit is twice as large as the on I have back home and this one is climate controlled for half the cost. They explained thoroughly the process of renting a trailer and what to expect while driving. Hooked it up less than 10 min. and I was on my way with paperwork, less than 15. When I dropped it off not only 2 days late, but 5 min before Strand Storage was closing. And to top it off, I interrupted the dinner break of 2 of your team members. They were very kind and helpful while calming me for being late. They were the reason why I used Uhaul again making this " clean out " day a lot easier by renting one of your vans. A very comfortable, perfect size van for this project. You can guarantee the Jenks/Ricks family will be using Uhaul again with Strand Storage. Thank you team for being so helpful with kindness. They had a really nice storage lot, very clean. It was fenced in, camera security, and periodically security guard watch. The guy who met us in the evening was very nice and helpful and he charged a very reasonable price! Definitely will use him next year.
