This company is responsible for transporting special needs children to and from school. Parents are putting their trust in Storer. Storer rarely answers the phone when there is a need and when they do I have more times than not, been met with an incredibly rude person who talks over me, doesn't hear my concerns and jumps to conclusions. This is the only option for special needs school aged children and it is often what is best for a child to regulate between school and home. We are just asking for Storer to be kind, thoughtful and mindful of who they are transporting and listen to the concerns of special needs parents. They should be ashamed of the way they handle special needs parents and students. read more

I called to get a quote, and the lady over the phone was VERY rude . She said it was too expensive for me, but would not give me a price. She would not let me get a word in, how does she know we can't afford this. When I tried talking she pretended her phone was going out. Horrible service. We were willing to pay extra fees but we will find something else. Thank you for nothing. I suggest looking somewhere else. Seems like they don't want business . Looks like the business owner reads these comments so I'm going to say this to them directly - Hire someone with actual customer service experience to answer your phones. Clearly by the looks of things; almost every negative review here is for the same person. Tonya is the name she gave me but who knows - she needs to understand that if you hang up the phone after lying and saying you're going to put someone on hold doesn't mean they won't call you back. The fact that you also lied and said that you would call someone and had them wait over a week is ridiculous. I don't know what credentials you've obtained to get your job but you should be fired immediately. At 6:05 pm today, on the corner of Bryant and Main St in San Francisco. Coach 2004 almost ran me over while I was in the crosswalk on a green with the walk signal. Upon noticing me the driver did not pause his driving as I flailed my arms hoping to be noticed and not run over, but flailed his arms back and flipped me off. This is not safe driving behavior nor is i becoming of any professional vehicle operator. They should be ashamed to have such "professionals" operating their coaches. read more

Probably the worst experience I have ever had with a bus company! Paid for a charter to pickup 45 golfers with clubs at San Jose airport. He actually parked 1.6 miles from our arrival terminal and had every excuse in the world why it was "not his fault ". Don't waste your money or time. read more

I direct a Choir that traveled using Storer Coachways in March 2017. Our bus driver was Ross, and what a wonderful experience!! I've taken over 10 trips with Choirs in different cities, and this was by far the most enjoyable trip. Ross with Storer Coachways was extremely punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable about the city. Every single time he picked us up, he would stand outside the bus (even when we were not using the undercarriage) and greet all of my students and parents with a smile. He navigated safely and securely through the sometimes busy traffic in San Fran. But most memorably, he left an impression with us based on his professionalism and as a tour guide. Our package did not include a "tour guide", just a bus driver to take us from point A to point B. However Ross would often take out the microphone and describe what we were seeing with much historical background and fun anecdotes. Many times we asked questions about statues, schools, pieces of art etc. and Ross always knew specific and interesting information about them. It was quite remarkable. For example, my cousin who lives in San Fran joined us for part of the day, and he asked me where she taught at - he named the only 3 Jesuit schools in San Fran. I told him and he responded what year the school opened up, etc etc.! So impressive! In fact, with all of his knowledge and friendly stories, he had my chaperones laughing in the front and fighting to sit behind the bus driver seat to talk to him!! The students loved Ross so much that on our second night, when we didn't know if we'd have him as our bus driver for the final day, my students begged him to take pictures with them individually! Ross said "Of course" and stood in place outside the bus, taking a photo with every single student who wanted one. He's incredibly sweet in addition to professional and knowledgeable! I can't recommend Storer enough, and I hope that they are paying Ross a great salary. Give him a raise just in case! :) read more

If I could give this company a lower rating, I would. My sorority used this company to bus us to and from an event. We needed the bus to return and pick up a second group. They never returned and did not pick up our many phonecalls. Mind you we have used this company before for prior events. Instead of picking us up, the bus driver went to hang out with one of her friends. We paid the company for 3 hours of services, paying them approximately 600 dollars, and they are not even offering a refund of any kind. This is what we call poor service. read more

I recently chaperoned a high school choir trip in San Francisco with 32 teens. I was a great trip overall but was only made more fun and interesting by our bus driver Ross. He was great with the kids. They loved him and all of the interesting things and places he pointed out along the way. It's a big job to get a bunch of kids from one place to another on time, safe, and energized - Ross made that happen. Couldn't have asked for a better driver. Also - the buses were clean, well maintained, and very comfortable! read more

We used Storer Coachways for shuttle service for an out of town wedding and received excellent customer service. The booking process was made easy by Storer's attention to detail. We received 2 brand new buses that were spotless inside and out. Before our shuttle service was to begin - we spotted one of the buses doing a test run to our venue to ensure accurate timing of the travel route and shuttle trips.
