She does not do her job correctly there is always trash everywhere, everytime there is a problem she has a ready made excuse. She is never in the office she sits in her apt above the office and you have to go to the private door, she never answers the phone she calls you back. She does not manage the facility correctly the fates are always broken and left wide open for days at a time. She needs to be replaced with a competant manager.
