FYI, it's not a stand alone store. It's a service desk INSIDE another store. It took me a while to find it, but overall it was a great service.

Having a designated parking spot included in the price is such a huge perk. Check in was simple and secure with the door code. The in room coffee machine is awesome and it was such a nice touch to have almond milk creamer in the hallway along with fruit and snack bars. The hotel manager went above and beyond to accommodate us before, during and after our stay. Would recommend staying here.

Made us feel like we were checking into a secret spy hotel! The rooms were small but very comfy! The ceiling fan was awesome! The mini bar was on point and they had lots of great snacks. Coffee in room and really good toiletries. We also love the in room robes! The location was very convenient, parking was great and the restaurant was yummy. The only issue with the restaurant is that they take reservations for the bar so there is no guarantee you will get a seat at the bar for a quick snack and drink. The only negatives about the 404 is that there were no pastries or fruit left out in sitting area, several people mentioned this perk. There was also a little dried toothpaste in the sink and some stains on the bed when we first arrived to our room. Kinda gross but most likely a cleaning oversight. If you are looking for a small hotel for independent vacationers this is a great place to stay. We may not stay here the next time we visit Nashville but we would stay there again in the future.

They had valet parking, which is fine considering it's downtown even though it's $65. As I said, I've been to many hotels, but this is one of the steeper ones for valet prices. Only Atlanta was more at the Hilton state that was $75 a night. Anyway, our room was completely outdated. The air conditioning was poor to almost nonexistent. It was so muggy in that room. Hence, with another comments about the mold I'm not surprised there was a mold in this room as well. It was a basic room nothing special. Beinga "silver" Member we both could drink our three dollar waters for nothing. So ridiculous. So when I stay there again, absolutely not. I think generally speaking a lot of the Hilton associated hotels like Doubletree and the others that attach Hilton to their name are lacking in comfort and cleanliness. So I guess if you wanna spend $300 in a mediocre/ outdated potential mold room Doubletree/Hilton hotel in Nashville - go for it. But there's a Marriott down the street and the hotel indigo. Maybe you should be checked out them first.

The front desks is a bar, and that should tell you a lot about the property. 2. The live music in the lobby has been great. It's nice to grab a drink, hear some live music, play some pool without having to leave the property yet. 3. Amazing location steps from Broadway bars and music 4. Everything is clean and simple. The negative reviews for this property are crazy. 1. You have to be a particular kind of Karen to complain about the noise from the street. You are on Broadway. There will be street noise. It will continue until 3am. The hotel provides earplugs and white noise generators. If this is going to be a problem for you then book a hotel out in Brentwood. 2. The rooms are small and sparse. They are also clean and cozy. I love it. You aren't coming here to hang out in your room. This is a fun, unique property. If you are expecting a Courtyard (or a Sheraton) book one of those instead. If you have any level of chill and are open to something unique right in the middle of the action, then stay here.

Also, they don't have a store so you cannot buy drinks and snacks throughout the day. The coffee station did have some stuff but they were only opened in the am. I had a great burger and fries at the bar one evening. The meat was tasty and nicely cooked. Yummy fries. Also, had a breakfast one morning. I had the fruit plate and a side of bacon. You got a ton of all kinds of different fruit. Crisp, yummy bacon. Overall a great stay. If only we could turn off that dam toilet fan.

Also, couldn't tell from their pics that the doors are on the outside...which would have been an immediate no. Anywho, the good... it's conveniently located right off the interstate in the Music Row area. It's about a 15- 20 minute walk to the museums, restaurants and Honky Tonks on Broadway. Its also only like a 10 minute walk to the Gulch area. All are very walkable routes. On arrival check in was a breeze, there's a $20 per night parking fee. On the weekends there's "security" in the parking lot however it seems he was just there to make sure no one is parking there who wasn't a guest. Now again the room was not what I expected, it wasn't dirty...however it wasn't really just clean either. The bathroom mirror with ring light was great. Getting the hot water adjusted in the shower was a bit finicky and then it would suddenly get cold again. They have complimentary breakfast from 630-930, where the omelet station was definitely the highlight. Rm 324. The walls are paper thin, you can hear traffic and sirens all night. Overall It was okay for a couple nights. Definitely overpriced for sure. Not sure I would actually recommend though.

It's super close to be able to walk around downtown and have everything around you. Our room was so nice and spacious and love the curtain in the living room in case you need an extra privacy. So hard to do makeup in there. The room provides natural lighting but the position of the wall mirror has lots of shadows. Track overhead lights near the mirror would be great!!
