First off you are not guaranteed a spot for pick up downtown!!! In town for the Men's SEC Tourney. Staying at 2 Rivers Campground. Wife is in a foot boot so we decided to use this shuttle service because it drops you off the closest. Friday night got iffy at 11:30 because they don't have a clue on how many they are picking up. Poorly run as we found out. We did there 12:30am reservation on their website. We were able to try the 11:30pm pickup. Called and checked in at the pickup and was told we were good to go for 11:30. The owner had to get a third bus out on the spot to get us and everyone else back to Music Valley Dr. Then on Saturday at the arena I looked at there website at 4:45 and 5:30 didn't show up so I called and the guy said come on out we can take 2 people. With the wife in the boot we couldn't get to the bus in time (raining-standing under front of building) before in ended up filling up. 8 people total stranded. Called and they said it was the only bus running and we'd have to take the 6:30. Again as I said earlier very poorly run. Stick with Music City Shuttle!!!! read more

Worst experience ever, twice, late for pickup to and from! Will find different transportation next time in Nashville!

My wife and I have used the Downtown Shuttle many times when staying at the KOA Nashville to downtown. And from the dispatchers to the drivers are wonderful. Especially Terry Kirby, she is such a sweet person when she answers and she went above and beyond for me. I'd left an item on one of the shuttles on a late Saturday evening and didn't realize it till the next day. I called and she answered, I told her what had happened and she said she'd check with the drivers and call me back. She called back and said it wasn't found and that she was sorry, I thanked her. Later that day on my way back to Indiana she called and said she had good news, they had found it! She even sent it back to me. She is the kind of employee every company needs, I own my own business and I'd be lucky to have her. Especially in this day in age when good people are hard to find. Without question I recommend Downtown Shuttle . And maybe you'll get lucky and Terry will answer. read more

We used your service several times. Some were good some very bad. The last two shuttles our driver was Fred. He wouldn't let anyone on at the last stop before he checked reservations. Several people, including us, said the app was not working and it was not. We finally got on and Fred jacked the music up so loud you couldn't talk to your neighbor. He was constantly fiddling with his iPad to find certain music while driving at a high rate of speed. Incredibly unprofessional and unwanted. This was not supposed to be a party bus. read more

We stayed at the KOA just outside of Nashville. We took the shuttle to downtown twice. We were told to call in to request a pick up. We did and gave our name and how many people. You would think when they came to pick up at the KOA, they would call out names. Nope. The second time we left the KOA there were too many people. One stood near the back. A few sat on the shuttle steps. The second time we took the shuttle we waited to get picked up to go back to the KOA. There were SO many people waiting and no line, so everyone just rushes to the shuttle to get on. There were 4 too many people and again people sat on the steps and two stood. Not safe. But, who wants to stand around and wait for the next shuttle, in the sun, with no line. It's a really good idea but needs improvement!! read more

White shuttle seats were soiled and rough ride, blue shuttle clean and smooth, worth the money for round trip. Note; ask where exactly pick up point is, another shuttle (yellow) in area had a "shuttle pick-up here" sign, which wasn't the Downtown Shuttle pick-up point. read more

Good idea, great price, but can use some improvement. Maybe just charge $5 each way for those that will not be taking the shuttle round-trip. Or if you do pay $10 for a round trip maybe it does not all have to be on the same day. I know I was there during the week and off-peak season, but if you add a few more shuttles and just make constant loops, then we don't have to worry about reserving shuttle times or waiting very long for another shuttle. Or if you can have it all web site controlled, and able to see where the shuttles are or able to reserve like an uber. read more

On our Hotels recomendation we used this service. BAD IDEA! We were told by there driver if we were at the appointed stop that we would be picked up and returned to our hotel. We were there but there were more people than spots on the bus and therfore we had to wait another hour.To top it off there dispatch was Very Rude and basicly told us that Tuff wait or call an Uber! Next time we will use there competitor!!! Take my advise spend you money with someone else!! read more
