We used Triple 7 Movers of WA to move from Seattle to Las Vegas. I had a super detailed list of every single item for the most accurate quote. I received my quote and agreed to start the process. The movers themselves were awesome dudes. Upon arrival, they told me there was way more to my quote than they thought (shocker).. $1500 extra in fact. On the spot, they had me so I had to go with it. They arrived in Vegas as expected, but not before calling my phone and telling me that they require the second half of payment IN CASH (Thats $2500). When they arrived, they would not unload the truck before having us PAY THE CASH upfront, and signing the ipad saying "all was well". Days later after getting through boxes of totally damaged items, every single dish was broken, our kitchen island was broken and SEVERAL missing boxes, I tried to start a claim and some gal in the office named Karen didnt even send me a claims form to try to get it straightened out until only 2weeks ago after I took matters up with my credit card company for the first half of payment to be disputed. This company seemed legit but in the grand scheme of things, totally scammed us. Such a disappointment. I recommend using your own uhaul truck and doing it the hard way if you have to make any moves. I know we will be doing the same. Going to the BBB next. read more

Jose C, Isidro, Ignacio, Caesar were the best. They were very kind and careful with our stuff for an in town move. Hard work and lots of time....but they did great. Thank you so much. read more

Richie's crew was fast and efficient. They arrived on time and packed everything carefully. Once at the new house, they quicky arranged our belongings and were careful not to knick walls and doors. Thank you to this crew for working so hard on a HOT Saturday. I had booked another mover before Triple 7, but due to my scheduling conflict, I had to cancel and find another mover. Jennifer worked me into the schedule and was very accomodating at the last minute. I would definitely recommend this company and Richie's team in particular for all of your moving needs. read more

PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. These people have no professional courtesy, no communication, and no customer service at all. They'll give you one quote and and charge you double. They will show up late and somehow try to make you feel like it's your fault. Then they make a lot of excuses saying it wasn't them, and they take no liability. They just want to read you a contract so you can't blame them for anything. The guy who came talked to the owner Tom and wanted to give him a heads up that we were upset. He gave us Tom's number and we called immediately after the worker and surprise surprise, Tom doesn't pick up. If you're the owner of the company and you want to get paid and you want to do your service, pick up the phone when a customer is calling, especially when you just got off the phone right in front of them. The workers arrived late, didn't apologize, charged double, made excuses. If your window is 12-4 (it wasn't by the way) and you come at 4, let the customer know that you'll barely make your time frame. Instead you make them wait for 4+ hours not knowing if anyone's coming at all. In addition, a clear 1-2 hour job was estimated at 3-4 hours by these guys. We've moved between states, within states, with the same furniture and it took 2 random guys less than 2 hours with a 15 foot truck. There's 3 of these guys with a 27 foot truck, but they still don't believe in their moving capabilities. So, since we couldn't rely on Triple 7 Movers, we were left high and dry at 5pm on a Sunday. I was able to get a small 10 ft uhaul and called one of my friends who was available. Ended up moving everything ourselves because the lack of professionalism displayed by Tom, Jason, and Triple 7 Movers. Don't book these people, they are terrible at business and terrible at service. Ask them about the extra fees, extra fees for material, extra fees for having to use stairs instead of elevators, and double mileage fees for one way trips. Just ask about any extra fees they're not telling you about (trust me, there will be plenty). They just want your money without doing any of the work. I'll end this the same way I started it. Just don't do it. Save yourself the money, the hassle, the rudeness. There are hundreds of movers on Yelp. Choose any one of them. DO NOT DO IT! DON'T DO IT! Hit back and go the then next business. You'll thank me later. read more

I have used Warren's Home Work Moving Company for the last 10-15 years but it is now known as 777 Movers or Triple 7 Movers. I am so disappointed! Warren's was AMAZING in every way! They were punctual, nice, professional, very careful, fast and clean. Triple 7 people were very nice, don't get me wrong, but my 2 complaints would be that there is damage to almost every piece of furniture they moved and they don't take their debris when they're done so little old me had piles and piles of trash. Ugh! As if I don't have enough problems as it is while moving! I also see damage to the house I'm renting which will end up costing ME in the end. I also found it funny that before I could inspect anything they asked me to write a good review right in front of them and inside of me I didn't want to send it until I was able to look at my things but he sent my review and even took a picture of it on his phone so I felt kind of pressured to do it. I don't even want to waste my time asking for reimbursement for any damage because I'm sure there's plenty of loopholes for them to dodge that responsibility. I am very disappointed and will not use them again. Does anyone have a good experience with any other moving company they could recommend for me? Next time I am going to handle this very differently and hover over them, write down anything they damage as they go and not feel pressured into doing anything. If you use this company please be mindful of this message and remember this! I am highly, highly disappointed! read more

Worst experience ever. I was very disappointed to hear they bought Warren's Homework Movers. My first and only prior experience with 777, they lost a box with all my pots and pans. This past month, they blew it again. This time, they (1) left before we could check the truck for boxes, and (2) broke my platform bed, stripping all the screws on the platform slats, and even trying to drill new holes. At the end of the day, we found the entire platform was being held by 2 out of 8 screws, the frame bolts were stripped and loose, and it has several scratches. I reported it the same day (by voicemail as no one is in their office on Saturdays) and have been trying to file a claim for over a week. While they responded right away, and told me who to contact regarding my claim (third-party), I have yet to hear from them again. Next time, I will rent a truck myself and pay some college kids to help. What a hassle! read more

Damaged our stuff. Showed up late. Non-communicative. Didn't perform services I paid for! The absolute worst moving experience I've ever had. Even the "managers" here insult you, call you names, and yell at you. I would never use them again. 0/10 do not recommend. read more

Amazing amazing job. Extremely quick and professional crew. Great pricing. No damages whatsoever!

They helped us move about 20 desks, a conference table, multiple bookcases, and chairs. They moved 8 separate offices into a new location in under a day. They were patient with us and made sure they put everything where we wanted. They were friendly and made the entire move fun. Not a single scratch on any of our furniture. I would highly recommend them. read more

WARNING...UNPROFESSIONAL MOVING COMPANY! Let me say upfront Triple 7 Movers is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. Keith in sales invites you to read their positive reviews but those do not reflect what the majority of people who have hired them for a cross country move have experienced. If I could give them zero stars I would. My move was from Las Vegas to Ohio. It all began when Crispin and his team called and said they would be picking up my things two hours early. I told him I was not completely finished with a couple of boxes. He insisted and assured me I'd have time to finish. Wrong. He spent 30 minutes having me read and sign numerous documents on an iPad while the other two guys wrapped the furniture. I would have definitely watched them had I been given the chance. He also asked me to review them on the spot (Google review) He insisted so I wrote a two line positive review which I have since amended. My experience since then has been one of delays, excuses, lack of transparency and communication for 52 days. They will not communicate unless you call or email them first. If you must deal with Lindsay at the LV office, be prepared to deal with her lack of people skills, rudeness, and excuses at every turn. She obviously has not been trained in customer service. She told me my expectations were too high, that I can ask questions but she is not required to answer them. What? She said on several occasions she will tell me what I need to know when she feels it's necessary. She doesn't realize it's the other way around when someone is paying a company to provide a service. I paid $3000 to move my deceased mother's few things that she wanted me to have. A china cabinet, some dining chairs, a dresser, eight boxes, and a pedestal table. The china cabinet base had damage along the edge and the glass top had a 12 inch crack in the wood. Obviously it had been torqued while moving it numerous times from truck to truck. The chairs were damaged because of the cheap quilts and tape they used. I have had professional movers pack my things in the past and the quilts they used were very thick and heavy. The ones Triple 7 used were thin and almost paper-like. The edges of the chairs poked right through the quilt! A table arrived broken off of its base. One box was crushed and items were not the way I had packed them. This was terribly disappointing. I will not go into all of the other problems I had to deal with in the past two months with this company. The only helpful person I dealt with was Ivan, who handled the final four days of this move. He was my delivery person. He worked for a completely different company in Oregon and took over the move after the Triple 7 truck was in the shop for two weeks in St Louis with no repair date in sight. My delivery arrived on 6/11/2022, 10 days late. Ivan and Rachel were on time and were extremely nice. He made note of all the damages. They were aware of what I had gone through with Lindsay and wanted to make it right. He gave me a $300 credit ($30 per day when late x 10) and I paid him the balance due in cash. If he had not communicated with me by text, I would have been in the dark about my delivery. Five days after delivery, Keith in sales emailed me and said he hoped I would receive my delivery soon. This company not only lacks communication with their customers, they don't even communicate internally! FYI...Moving companies are not well regulated. You need to be extra cautious when hiring one. The fine print releases them from any liability. You won't get reimbursed anywhere near what your items are worth. Once they have your items and half of your money, be prepared to be ignored and items to arrive damaged. Before you hire any moving company, dig deep on the internet for moving company reviews on other websites. Don't just look at Google or Yelp reviews. Your eyes will be opened. Triple 7 Movers is a terrible choice for a moving company. I'm surprised that they can stay in business with their incompetence, lies, and unprofessionalism. Look elsewhere when hiring a moving company. read more

Did not homer their quote and over charged me by $1200.00 dollars. They are slow, waste time so that you go over the allotted time. I had everything packed with the exception of a few large pictures. Had them move my furniture and belongings into a storage unit and now that I had a different movers move me in I am finding out they lost many of the gadgets they took off my dresser and mirror, my sectional and several items were broken where they stacked furniture on top of boxes marked fragile. I do not recommend them to anyone, read more

Triple 7 was very responsive and professional!! I moved from one 3200 sf house to another and they were in and out in 4 hours. Great value and again very professional!!! Thanks Triple 7!! read more

The amount of broke glass and furniture was clearly just negligent. It wasn't just one box but several. Plus glass panels that were shelves were broken and had to buy from a glass company to replace. PLUS the told my dad an 18 wheeler couldn't come down the street and he had to pay CASH that day another 2700. Hakim did this. So they broke up the contents in two trucks, and scheduled a 2nd delivery for the balance they supposedly had to move to another truck. When the 2nd delivery came (not on time), it was IN AN 18 WHEELER and that driver said there was no such restriction. So that Hakim driver just STOLE from my elderly parents. Worst kind of humans. read more

The good part of the move is that there were 3 movers and they moved 2 bdrm apt in total time of 3 hrs. They were polite and very hard workers. The bad news is that they have a lot of waivers they refuse to take responsibility for damage. Also, they try to add on fees for "tape" that is considered helping to pack. I offered the packaging take I purchased from WalMart, they said it was no good. I used the company because it was recommended by the complex. Would not use again. The cost was a little more than what others charged, however, I thought that the 3 people would be worth the price. The movers broke the entertainment center I had, and said because it was plywood, the damage is not covered. Please take the time to shop. I would not use again. read more

Just finished my move with Triple 7 - 3 guys (2 Juans and Isidro) - these guys killed it today. They listened to me about my concerns for certain items before they started and took the time to properly secure everything. They even moved a brand new commercial treadmill that I purchased only a month ago! The move went off without a hitch. Juan C led the crew and everything worked out great. The rates were fair and clearly defined upfront. Probably not the cheapest in town - I don't know as I didn't search up and down for the cheapest rate - they didn't nickel and dime me by any stretch. Great move guys - definitely using you again and referring you to my peeps! read more

I've used Triple 7 Movers twice and both times for local moves. They are reliable and their pricing is fair, honest and transparent. The teams that execute the moves work efficiently and carefully to minimize the chance of damage or other issues. I highly recommend getting a quote and doing a comparison. They cracked my bed frame ! They dinged up almost all my furniture ! They built my bed wrong ! They had attitude when it was time to pay because I was told they didn't charge for the way to my storage unit and the way back to warehouse! Apparently they do & they lie! This is the second time I have ever used a moving service. They were very honest and upfront regarding the fees before I confirmed my moving date and again on the day I moved. The whole process was extremely organized, and I appreciated the care with my furniture. Each piece was protected during pick up, shipping, and drop off to the storage unit. I would definitely use them again. I do want to say they are pretty pricey. It was about 400 for two hours, plus an additional 150-200 for an additional hour (regardless if you are over by 10 minutes). But you do get what you pay for. Three guys who will definitely treat your stuff with respect, and are upfront with the cost. I would recommend them and use this company for future moves. read more

My kitchen and rooms were on the third floor, they were able to move my refrigerator and maneuver it in tight space even carrying it over certain areas making sure not to damage the walls and stairs. We were moving across country Pros: They did an incredible job packing up our belongings. The guy who came out to give us an estimate was very friendly. Cons: After the guys were done packing up our belongings, they handed us a machine to pay for the service but on the machine was a tip option. The guy stands next to you do you kind of felt pressured to leave a tip and it went all the up to 25%. We left a tip thinking it was for the entire move for the company. We actually left a hefty tip that we regret doing. We got to our destination across country and the delivery people said they could not get through the streets to get to our place so they had to unload our stuff and reload it o to a smaller truck. Because of that, they needed more money and it had to be cash. You don't pay, you don't get your stuff. Funny. We saw a couple of 18 wheelers go through our neighborhood. When they were unloading, they handed my brother in law the inventory paper and told him to check off items. That's not his job. None of the delivery people did that. At the end, they expected a tip. We didn't leave them a tip because again, we thought the hefty tip we left at the beginning was for everyone involved. I'm a teacher. I don't get tips. I get a salary. These people get paid too. Why are we pressed to tip?! Some things came broken but little things. I expect that so I didn't file a claim for those things. But, they lost a twin mattress and half of an entire twin daybed. It's really big. I called the head of the delivery team and was told they would look in the warehouse and call me back. It's been almost a full 6 months and I'm still waiting on a phone call. We filed a claim to get reimbursed for the cost to move it and for the piece of furniture as it's useless now. THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU ANY MONEY OTHER THAN THE COST TO MOVE IT. We were given an estimate of about $10,000 and ended up spending around $15,000. You could move yourself for thousands less and be guaranteed you'll have all of your stuff. read more
