Last week my boyfriend and I made the epic journey to move from London to Windsor and we needed to…read morerent a truck that had several drop of locations within different cities; so U-Haul it was. My boyfriend made the arrangements online for the pickup at this location for 8:00am, and when we got there, the process of getting the keys for the truck were pretty good. The person who serviced us was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My boyfriend drove the truck back to our place, he said it was an older truck with a lot of miles on it, but the ride from London to Windsor was okay. When you return the truck, you have to make sure you put the same amount of gas in with when you left. The truck has a 24 hour return from when you rented it, depends on how long you need it for. So we returned it that night at a drop of location in London. Good services, and we will be renting another U-Haul in Windsor to complete our move into our new house soon. U-Haul, also being a storage facility also has a bunch of supplies for moving, like boxes, bubble wrap and mattress covers. Good experience with this location. Thank you for helping us move cities!

Pretty bad experience. Go elsewhere if you want a jeweller you can trust…read more EDIT: The owner says my review is unjust. I did not leave "happy", I had done what I could and I did not want to argue or fight for more. To put it in context, you were yelling/arguing with another customer beside me for almost 5 minutes just prior. I wanted to leave as I was in a rush and, uncomfortable and delayed, and I had already made it clear I was disappointed by YOU LOSING A STONE and not fixing the actual thing (what you thought you could fix it in 1 minute in the back??). I didn't bring it back in because I don't trust you to fix it. And the one chance you had to own your mistake and apologize, you instead act defensive and blame me. I think that speaks volumes. You never should have charged me in the first place considering the bulk of the work wasn't done. Good luck with your business, I'm fine with the wasted time and money but it's my right to leave a review that explains what happened. Potential customers beware. ---- Brought in my wife's engagement ring to be fixed (the claws that hold the main stone in place had bent away) and to replace the tiny stones in the band with two spares I brought in. I was told they could fix the claws (fix! not just bend - ie add gold) When I came to pick it up they hadn't done anything to the prongs, I legitimately think they forgot. They also had LOST one of the band stones. They then proceeded to bend the band back (which was not the initial ask). They reduced my bill by 20$ for the lost stone. I got the ring home and my wife tries it on and turns it to the light and you can still clearly see the gap is there. I essentially paid to have a jeweller polish some jewelry, install one band stone (which I brought) and lose another (which I had bought previously) and waste my time. If I hadn't noticed that the stone was still loose at the counter they would have literally given me the ring after doing nothing to it but still charging me. I'm sure they're good for some things, and the people were friendly enough, however, for repairs or thing a that require communication and consideration, I would take your jewelry elsewhere. ------ I hope this helps others as I didn't see any reviews like this before now and wish I had. The photos don't really do it justice but it has play still (and one of the claws is clearly not the right shape) and we're waiting to go to a different jeweller before she wears it. The second photo shows the prong that's not flush and the last photo shows a different print (what it should look like).
