He was very polite and went right to work. He explained what he was doing as he did it. A few wires were out of place and he fixed that too. He explained how to use the new thermostat, as it had way more buttons than the old one. He was professional and quick. The invoice was exactly as he stated it would be. I have ued this company many times now, including for a new furnace, and they have been great. Highly recommend them. Always friendly and show up very quickly. Thank you, Cathy

Worse experience with a company I think I ever had. Unethical and unprofessional. Gave an estimate…read moreand the over inflated the bill. Paid a labour charge and separate " other' charge that was $ 300.00 for an apprentice that would have worked out to an hourly rate of $55 per hour for the apprentice. You know they were only paying the apprentice $18,00 per hour. No customer service when it came to trying to get parts or answers. Had the job completed for less then Pro Trades charged me to do diagnostics. Felt completely taken advantage of. No communication, just told to pay a bill with no price breakdown. High labour charges and discrepancies in the amount of hours the worked. You are at their mercy. Reading others comments, you can see there is bigger problem.

They refuse to accept cash, even though cash is legal tender. I do not understand how a company…read morecan justify refusing a legitimate form of payment. I was told that cash is accepted for monthly storage payments but not for accessories. This policy makes no sense: If the company accepts cash for one type of purchase, it should be willing to accept it for all purchases. Refusing cash is unnecessarily restrictive and lazy and, in my view, reflects poorly on the company's professionalism and commitment to providing even a basic level of customer service.

When I didn't close my padlock properly one day, they called me the next morning that they noticed it while doing there rounds so I ended up not getting anything stolen. The place is well lit after dark and the security seems reasonable. I found there was a little leaking of water when it rained, but it was not in a spot that caused me problems, and I am confident that if I talk to them about it that they will work something out, as they seem very responsive and quick to get problems solved. There is no issue that I wouldn't expect with any storage, and far less actually. Also didn't feel pressured to buy their expensive (though very high quality looking ) padlocks. They let me use what I already had and even told me where I could alternatively get one when I explained I needed another but couldn't afford the pro-quality lock for storing non-valuable items. I have no expectation that my 5/5 stars is a rating I will regret giving.

In the month of May I approached them inregard to a portable multiple-screens purchase that required careful configuration measures, in order to work with my notebook computer. It was not an easy matter to sort out. However, Sandy and Nicholas -- and Sandy was most directly involved -- were both patient an helpful in determining the peripherals needed, and to then accomplish several different trouble-shooting adjustments to make sure everything worked properly. It was very good, thorough service, in an age where quality retail maintenance service is a rare commodity. I will be back for further business with CTP Computers. --Steve Clarke

They had closed early at 5:45PM. The following morning I was told that they could not answer the phone because they were so busy. I hate it when someone I pay lies to me and I paid for a "rush" that did not happen. To fix my problem it would cost me more and then even more to back up my files. Then no guarantee that it would be fixed. I went to Computer Guy around the corner and he fixed it all with no fuss no muss. Even took the time to instruct me on a couple of separate issues at no charge.
