I had Adam out to my home on April 1st, 2024. My heat was not working and I thought it might be the thermostat. It was quite old. Adam showed up exactly when he told me he would. He was very polite and went right to work. He explained what he was doing as he did it. A few wires were out of place and he fixed that too. He explained how to use the new thermostat, as it had way more buttons than the old one. He was professional and quick. The invoice was exactly as he stated it would be. I have ued this company many times now, including for a new furnace, and they have been great. Highly recommend them. Always friendly and show up very quickly. Thank you, Cathy read more

Worse experience with a company I think I ever had. Unethical and unprofessional. Gave an estimate and the over inflated the bill. Paid a labour charge and separate " other' charge that was $ 300.00 for an apprentice that would have worked out to an hourly rate of $55 per hour for the apprentice. You know they were only paying the apprentice $18,00 per hour. No customer service when it came to trying to get parts or answers. Had the job completed for less then Pro Trades charged me to do diagnostics. Felt completely taken advantage of. No communication, just told to pay a bill with no price breakdown. High labour charges and discrepancies in the amount of hours the worked. You are at their mercy. Reading others comments, you can see there is bigger problem. read more

Great company & great service! Like they say One call does it all. We called them to service our furnace and while the technician was on site I was speaking to him about our issue with our sump pump. He informed me that they also do plumbing and electrical. He called their office and set up an appointment for the plumber to come out whom was also great! read more
