Last week my boyfriend and I made the epic journey to move from London to Windsor and we needed to rent a truck that had several drop of locations within different cities; so U-Haul it was. My boyfriend made the arrangements online for the pickup at this location for 8:00am, and when we got there, the process of getting the keys for the truck were pretty good. The person who serviced us was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
My boyfriend drove the truck back to our place, he said it was an older truck with a lot of miles on it, but the ride from London to Windsor was okay. When you return the truck, you have to make sure you put the same amount of gas in with when you left. The truck has a 24 hour return from when you rented it, depends on how long you need it for. So we returned it that night at a drop of location in London.
Good services, and we will be renting another U-Haul in Windsor to complete our move into our new house soon. U-Haul, also being a storage facility also has a bunch of supplies for moving, like boxes, bubble wrap and mattress covers. Good experience with this location. Thank you for helping us move cities! read more
