Yesterday we rented a 24' truck to move some large items and were rented a brand-new low km vehicle in perfect condition. This company is always my first call for rentals in Brantford.

This place is beyond brutal!! I would recommend going anywhere else but here. It took numerous…read morephone calls to get an appointment....and that should have been my first indication that things were not going to go well. On the first trip in, and an hour wait later, they tried to install the trailer hitch but they had ordered the wrong one. They schedule me another appointment only to cancel it three times to reschedule it. I finally put my foot down and said that they had better keep the next appointment, which they did. However, we sat for an hour and a half and then were told that they were now waiting for an electrician to come to work to complete the electrical components. While sitting there for hours and hours we got to listen to countless complaints about service, about rescheduling issues, about incorrect orders etc etc. this place is a nightmare!! Stay away!!

our locker has had items stolen from by what im lead to…read morebelieve is one of the employees, I was told by manager Tanya that these things happen all the time here and it's a lesson to be learned....... although everything had been recorded on multiple camera within the compound of the secured shipping grounds, she said she seen the person removing the items on recorded footage and yet haa refused to help in this matter at all. leaving us with no option but to help warn people about the security of storing your items at this facility. please be aware the management has stated " you wouldn't believe how many break-ins we deal with here" as they shrugged off our matter. id suggest storing elsewhere.
