After six hours I got to the pickup point in Northern New York from Cape Cod. Beforehand, I asked for pictures and they intentionally didn't include sideview pics. I was stuck taking the trailer as they had my money. The salesman got back to me after I complained, and, in the email he said "it sure looks funny". Hi, Buyers beware!!! Buyers beware!!! Buyers beware!!!! I was told this trailer I bought was a show room special to find out I got FXXked and was screwed over 20,000. As soon as leaving the lot the trailer light bar fell right off. Owner excuse (new design and forgot the bolts) Get home to find out the battery was no good and was used!! I reached out to the salesman and owner with no response. Few days ago notice my tires rubbing and sparks. I have a 9,400 LBS skid steer and was told by the salesman before purchasing " oh yes 100% will hold the weight" now they are trying to sell me a new one at a higher price. Kicker is they wont honor their mistake and come even close to the 20,000 I paid for. I would never never deal with this company again!! I just found the same trailer for 15,000 tax in!!! Shop around fellas, but not here!!!! read more

Purchased a new 20' car hauler (N&N) and picked it up in Strathroy on Sept.10/20. I used the trailer 4 times in that month. Three out of the four attempts to disconnect the trailer were unsuccessful. I had to pull the pin on my truck hitch and pull away. Even with a bit of oil and lithium spray...the coupler would not release the ball. More than frustrating! I made a call back to Tim and he immediately flipped me over to Jim King in the warranty dept. His only resolve was to say...it will free up in time. Not a satisfactory response to me. I told Jim that I would fix the problem. I since bought another (superior) coupler that works perfectly. Disappointed to spend over $7000 for a new trailer and then have to buy another coupler for $100. I did not get any "customer service" in this scenario. BTW...I never did like the style of coupler. I started looking at car haulers on line last spring. Had feedback from many dealers but not matched the price for such a high quality aluminum trailer. After a number of conversations we ended up with a 22 ft so I would also be able to get my golf cart on. From the start of the process, ordering and then pick up it was such a great experience. I ordered this sight unseen as I live 6 hours away. What a great trailer, even better quality than I expected. Things that were optional on other trailers were standard on my trailer. Purchased a dump trailer from the folks at Action trailers. At first I was skeptical because the price advertised was a lot lower than the quotes I had got from a few other companies I called. I decided to take my chances and order one in after I watched the tutorial video online from their website that went over all the trailers features and specs. When I showed up the staff was friendly and helpful in showing me how everything worked, it was extremely busy in there office but everything online advertised was what I got. So far everything is as promised and the price advertised is what I paid. Overall I'm very pleased with the whole experience. read more

Hi well i just purchased a 6 x12 closed in trailer form Action Trailers in Strathroy ont. On Action trailers in Strathroy Ontario's web page I found a dump trailer I wanted to buy for $4580.00. Its was a 60" by 10' as per their write up. When I called, I was told that price was for a 8 foot trailer. I asked if they would honor the price that Action trailers in Strathroy, On had on their own web page for advertising, NOPE. It would be $5199.00. Bait and switch.. lol read more
