Lillian is great with customer service and overall so sweet! I went in to get a small storage unit for my motorcycle, and as she was helping me set up insurance she talked to me and told me to be safe. When i went in to cancel my storage unit (found a place to keep everything at home,) she told me she was worried something had happened to me because she didnt see me on my bike recently . if i ever need a storage unit again, i know exactly where to go. Update on below. I have provided both digital and paper copies of my "UPDATED" HOI policy via email and in person to the office. This $14 SBOA tenant insurance fee still HAS NOT been taken off/deducted from monthly bill!! I will continue to email, call, and text about this issue that needs to be corrected!! Facts: -The management either Lillian or Dee last year promised me a price reduction of my unit. She assured me that I would receive one! I called back the next week, and she said that she wasn't able to give me one! False advertising and just simply not professional! -This week I am dealing with Lillian on refunding me the SBOA tenant fee($14) per month! Because of their error, I was being falsely charged for at least 4 months for "not having an HOI policy on file". All this time, they did have my Traveler's homeowner's insurance policy in THIER possession and were still charging me $14 extra on my bill!! I have never been without my HOI and they had several emails with PROOF! I have proof of emails (at least 2 in my sent box) that I have sent to their email address with my HOI policy ATTACHED!!! They still continued to falsely charge me!! When businesses start making monetary mistakes and over charging hardworking customers, management need to be reprimanded at the very least, and things need to be corrected asap!! These actions are NOT professional, and businesses cannot be run like this!! I don't know about yall, but I am making my move away from this place asap! If you are looking for quality storage company, KEEP LOOKING!!! Storage King USA does not care about their customers. We were recently victims of identity theft and had to cancel are credit/debit cards. Our payment has been set on auto pay for 3 YEARS!!! We have never been late or missed a payment. In waiting for our new cards to arrive, we were charged nearly $50 in late fees!!! NO PHONE CALL, NO NOTICE!! When our new cards arrived, we called to update payment info. We were told they WILL NOT waive the fees even though we addressed the issue within 5 business days of the due date. Absolutely ridiculous!! I have been a customer with Staore King after they purchased the storage we were renting. In three years they have almost doubled the rent and when I complained, I was told that was what the market rate was. They are not from our state and do not care about their customers unless it is financially beneficial to this New York corporation. They refuse to give us a lease agreement. We will move soon and never do business with Storage King again. Save yourself the same trouble and go somewhere else. read more

First off I didn't choose Storage King nor would I ever simply for the fact they don't have 4 stars anywhere and the job is pretty much babysitting a rock! I chose the highly respected and rated Life Storage that it was before they were bought out and got stuck w/this nightmare! Every time payment was made there was some kind of issue. Nobody in charge and nobody takes responsibility for anything everything ends with the shareholders being the answer. Great experience from day one! We were a customer of this of this facility through 3 ownership changes and have been very happy with the facility. Every interaction that we have had with the facility personnel has been a pleasant one. We moved out this past weekend as we are moving our residence as well. Storage log more like rip of king the property manager never there has an attitude. My wife pass away march 22. The unit was only few for march payment it was put up on auction first of April. During my wife passing away my email got locked with apple we lost are curing phone numbers and address changes. They told me after 31 days they can put your units up for auction. W have been 2 months behind before and they didn't few anything. I asked the property manager about contacting the purchasing person. She gave me attitude and said this is the first time she has heated of it. But yet heather has told me that she would have to get the property manager to call me back. I told the property manager this she said well she has been gone for the last 2 to 3 weeks opening new stores. I asked her when could I expect answer. She said look this is the first she hear of this. I said well where will you be the rest of the week sh said she should be there. I have lost my wife on march 22,2022 everything we owned was in there because my wife got sick we moved in with her mom to help. Fort hat really sucks is we haven't had the. Funeral yet because my mother i law is Suing me for the remains of my wife. Now I'm having to pay storage on my wife it's a good thing storage King doesn't have her she'd be auctioned off we would never have a funeral. read more

i have been a long time renter with storage king usa ....going back for about 7 years now .....till this day i have ask kindly about when the front extentence gate will be fixed ?????? anyone can still get into your property and have a much easier way to still get into your unit ...i have the wright to know why this isnt solved ???? i have been told that it was fixed ?? i drive by there everyday when leaving in the morning and for the past 2 years this still hasn't been fixed...i storage my belonging there and i been feeling that someone or something has been getting into my storage unit ..why because there are things missing from that unit ...Where else would they be ??????
