We have called management and they claim they will get it moved. It's never their fault and the responsibility of clean up gets passed on to others every time we speak to them. If you try to call corporate, you do not get a live person. Chatted with them online and they are of no help either. Bottom line, Public Storage doesn't mind taking your money each month, but when you have an issue, they don't want to hear it.

I got a bigger, covered space for a LOT less money closer to my house. This place used to be great. They're greedy and don't invest in broken security gates or lot maintenance. Avoid!!!

Lone Star doesn't have a good mobile website or much information online, so I called. This business is family operated. The owners live upstairs. Their level of service was excellent and they were easy to work with. They have lots of smaller units. The place was clean and well maintained.
