Worst Customer Experience Ever! I went to The Storage Box located on 5th Street because I was told someone would be there until 5pm to help me. When I reached the facility the door was locked so I called the number that was posted. This is how the conversation went, and keep in mind that I am already a customer that has paid them plenty of money over the years: Storage Box: Hello, Storage Box, how can I help you? Me: Hi, I was told there would be someone available to help at the Lincoln facility but nobody appears to be here. Storage Box: Someone should be there until 5pm. Me: The sign is off and the door is locked. I don't see anybody. Storage Box: Okay then they must be at lunch. Me: At 2pm in the afternoon? Do you know when they will return? Storage Box: I have no clue. Wait, the people next door at the "Roofing Place" are helping us. See her. Me: Their door is locked as well and nobody is here. Storage Box: I'm not sure what to tell you. Me: Seriously? Storage Box: I'm sorry. Me: Let me be clear. Just as you have important things to take care of today, I do as well. So, can someone please call me when they return so I don't have to make unnecessary trips out here? The facility is on the edge of town. Storage Box: Well let me tell you. I am the owner of this company and have over 800 units. I have never been spoke to in that way that you just spoke to me and to be honest I'm not sure that I want you as a customer! Me: I'm just trying to determine when someone will be available to help me. Storage Box: Is there a sign on the door? Me: Yes, it says will return to the office on Monday, see us at the Logan County Fair. Storage Box: Then it appears you will have to see them on Monday. Me: Ummm, okay thanks. Bye! Storage Box: Goodbye! Clearly this "owner" has no clue who is manning her facilities nor does she care about her existing customers, or the experience of her future customers.
