They were especially kind, helpful, and welcoming. No pressure. They always answer a text or phone call immediately, or respond within 15 minutes or less. Great communication. (They helped us park our RV multiple times, too-- not because we couldn't ourselves, but simply because they are kind, trustworthy, and wanted to make it easy for us to drop it off and head to work!!! Wow.) We have been to multiple other storage units in town, and there's no comparison for the customer service, safety, and personal comfort we feel with our trailer at N BG. Highly recommend. The people that run this are GOOD.

Despite the fact that I called Heather on very short notice and for service on Fourth of July...she was AMAZING! She worked with me after business hours to coordinate the move and even worked with MY schedule. Both movers arrived on time and prepared. They had been told they had the day off previously for the holiday but still came to help us with smiles on their faces. They disassembled my island and fit it through the slender door frame. They then put it all back together for me....I was so impressed! I am going to call her now to help us with the big move in two weeks!

It's unlikely I will ever move again in my lifetime; but should the need arrive, I wouldn't think twice about hiring this company.

The movers were generally rough moving our items and house: while forcing a hand truck around tight stairs, they repeatedly bumped and scraped against walls and corners. Hand carrying items would have better prevented this risk. 2. A freestanding storage cabinet and sofa sustained damage during the move, and team did not notify me. 3. Their last minute change to use a smaller truck and take two trips created difficulty for me and my wife to supervise both locations all day and added cost for the extra travel. Take away: if you have nice things and want to keep them nice, you might want to pay extra for a better company.

Their storage pricing is competitive, their knowledge of different kinds of office furniture is expansive and they always handle my clients' equipment with care. I've come to know their project managers and operations staff over the years and each new project feels like a collaboration, rather than having to supervise a vendor. The whole move took around 6 hours and was very reasonably priced.   Also just to add to the picture, they moved things out of our three story townhouse to ANOTHER three story townhouse. I've heard of some horror stories about other companies, but Shak's crew was just wonderful.  Do yourself a favor and hire him.  There were no hidden and/or extra costs like you'd hear about from other companies.  They didn't charge extra for stairs, walking far, etc. Nothing was damaged.  He didn't pressure you to tip and everyone was polite, friendly, and hardworking. We ended up buying them lunch, tipping them nicely, and throwing in a bottle of champagne - we liked them that much and you should do the same when you hire them.  They were well-deserving of it.  We now recommend them to anyone that we know is moving.  Even a few days after we unpacked, we recommended them to those that were picking up free boxes from us.  5+ stars!
