I waited another 10-15 minutes on the app hoping they would reconnect me with another driver, but no luck. Then I tried Lyft and spent another 10 minutes trying to find a ride there, with no success either. At this point, I was panicking that I was going to miss my flight. I went on Google searching for transportation options, called a few places, and nobody answered. Thankfully, that's when I found NorthshoreXpress. To my surprise, they answered immediately. When I explained my situation, they calmly said, "Not a problem, a driver can do the job." They quickly sent me a secure credit card payment link, and the price was much more reasonable than Uber or Lyft. Even better, I was picked up in less than 15 minutes. The driver shared his location so I could track him on my phone, which gave me great peace of mind. The driver (who I later found out was the owner) was incredibly courteous, professional, and intelligent. He kept up great conversation during the ride, which really helped calm my nerves after the stressful experience with Uber and Lyft.
