Unbeknownst to me, while watering my grass, I was inadvertently watering the inside of my house. A pipe burst and for about 40 minutes almost every floor in my house was covered! Two out of two contractors were very sassy and rude; owner proved to be dishonest. Do not use!

I have absolutely nothing nice to say. Nothing. Poor quality work, owner is a grifter and a scam artist, workmen are sassy and rude. Terrible company. The team that came out to work on our house, made this a great experience for us while dealing with an unfortunate leak and repairs around the holidays. The ENTIRE crew at Service Team were so friendly, clean, knowledgeable, and punctual. They kept all of the dust and trash contained to the work area, and then removed the materials from the house with out a trace of debris. They always entered our house with booties on their shoes to keep from tracking any dirt. They did an outstanding job with the removal and repairs, and were very careful to not damage anything that was to remain in the space. In the past 2 years I have had 2 different floods in my home and have used 2 different companies to deal with the aftermath. During the most recent flooding we decided to use Service Team after a recommendation from a friend and I am very glad that we did. They were quick and helpful and very responsive. The other company I used previously was fine as far as the finished work is concerned but they were very slow and it was months of waiting and no one responding to us while we unable to live in our home. With Service Team they were able to help us so much quicker. They responded instantly to every phone call and made sure we were displaced for the smallest time possible. Overall, it was a much better experience and while I hope to not need an emergency service again I will use Service Team if the need arises. Also, the people at Service Team are wonderful. Ben is very helpful and nice and cares about your feelings and satisfaction. I had Flood damage to my house, called STOP and they were here in less than 2 hours. They tore out the damaged floors and set up heat fans and dehumidifiers and were here every day until the moisture was gone. The Service Team of the Triad is absolutely one of the best companies I've ever encountered. This was my second time using their service: the first time was due to a tree falling on my home a couple of years ago which caused substantial damage, and the most recent time was due to a hot water heater leak. On both incidents, the Service Team was always punctual, professional, honest, extremely thorough, courteous and most of all caring---from the office personnel--to each individual technician--to the owner. The entire staff was very concerned for my issue. They worked with my limited income, providing me with a very reasonable quote, without compromising on the service. I felt as though they handled my situation the same as they would have handled someone who lives in an upscale neighborhood. They made sure to wear foot coverings as to not track dirt through my home and were mindful of my home on every visit. They made sure that the job was done properly and completely. I had water damage that ruined my floors due to a slow leak under my dishwasher. During the process it was discovered the original flooring was asbestos vinyl and had to have an abatement team come out. STOP took care of it all. Two weeks later I had a water coming through my ceiling and they jumped right on taking care of that as well. It was such a stressful time and these guys helped tremendously. On Dec 23, 2015, my son came downstairs and said, "Water is running down the walls." WHAT?! I called our insurance company. They gave me two referrals. I am glad we chose to call Service Team. Ben McDonald came out less than an hour later, got on our roof, placed, and secured a tarp to stop the water from coming in. We were forecasted to have continued heavy rains and winds on Christmas Eve. We caught it fairly early and have never before had a leak such as this. Ben was soaking wet when he finished but still had a smile on his face! He even came out again when our adjuster arrived after the holidays. Since he was there when it was leaking, he was able to give a first hand account of where the water was coming in and what it looked like on the roof and in the attic that day. We could only imagine how wet the carpet on the stairs and how ruined the walls would have been had he not responded so quickly. While my husband does many repairs around our house, neither of us have dealt with roof problems before. We were worried we would be overcharged and sold needless repairs in this emergency situation, but our worry was misplaced. Ben explained everything and did not overcharge us. (I did call another company to see what their charge for a comparable service was, and it was a bit higher.) One morning I walked into our bonus room (which serves as our kids' playroom) and discovered the floor/carpets were soaking wet. We had been out of town and none of us had been in that room for a few days. We remembered there had been heavy rains in our area the previous week. A friend referred us to and we immediately contacted Service Team of Professionals of the Triad. The leak was not obvious. My husband and I had yet to to determine with certainty the source of the water. Ben responded very quickly and made an appointment to come to our house that afternoon. Prior to Ben & Jen's (Ben's wife and business partner) arrival, I was extremely distressed. They instantly reassured me that whatever the damage, they could help. Ben began investigating both the affected areas and the areas potentially responsible for the leak. He suspected a particular roof line. Based on this suspicion, he recommended we check out a rarely used storage closet in our guest bedroom (next to the bonus room). Our rational thinking was clouded by our emotions and it had not occurred to us to empty that closet. Thank goodness Ben suggested we take a look. After removing the storage containers and other contents, we discovered wet carpets and damaged baseboards. Without Ben, I'm not sure we would have found that damage for quite some time, possibly allowing for further damage and mold. Ben & Jen gave us the name of a reliable roofer to consult regarding exactly locating and confirming the leak and beginning the necessary repairs. They then set to work with assessing the damage to our carpet, walls and baseboards and looking for mold. With the use of their equipment over the next few days, the carpets and padding were thoroughly dried. Padding with extensive damage was replaced. They checked with us on the status of the drying process after they left and continued to follow up with us until everything seemed either as it should be or ready for the next step. They even replaced or repainted affected baseboards. Throughout the process, Ben and Jen were above all else, consummate professionals. But, they were also patient and sympathetic. At one point, I broke down. They reassured me they would do all they could to make our house feel like our home again. When the integrity of your home has been compromised by extensive damages, you feel so vulnerable. Service Team of Professionals of the Triad never took advantage of that vulnerability. Instead, armed with knowledge, the right tools and a genuine caring for their customers, they put me at ease.
