Their communication is horrendous! I run a women's walking club. Decided to go with them. From day…read moreone it was a nightmare. Constantly having to "babysit" them. Went in and out of the store over and over. Getting answers from them was like pulling teeth. Last minute details created a nightmare for me. I was told one thing, then given another. In the end they did make things right. Then decided to give them a second chance. Was going to open a store front for new merchandise. When trying to go live, I discovered they had the wrong print, then discovered after all the time I put into a certain company and styles, their team changed them all without even consulting me. This company is a hot mess with their communication skills. I refuse to beg a company to take my business, then act as if this is a "me" problem. I was even told "after we become more established " these problems will get better. I don't care if I have one sale or thousands. Every single customer should have the same level of attention and respect. This company made my life a living hell. Just DONT! If I could give zero stars I would.
Edit: wrong! You didn't spend hours doing ANYTHING. Even the new place I have chosen to go with has told me they have your customers due to your horrible customer service and lack of communication.
Edit: There were NOT repeated instances with explaining shirt selections. The day I came in, 1.5 hrs before the store closed on the day I had to place our order, I was told that Bella Canvas was selling their company. At NO TIME, during any of our conversations was I informed of this. Therefore, we had to scramble to find an alternative for over 30 of the shirts in my order. Ultimately delivering a different style and color to my women. The only amount of extensive hours placed during this process was me trying to get answers from Let Love Rule. I was explivesly told, by Missy, that every shirt would be delivered in its own bag! Not one single shirt came that way! The came in one day and asked the owner Chad, how to turn in my order, I said it was on an Excel spreadsheet, he said, we will do it. After this whole mess happened even his employee Sarah said that she was going to do it, but did not work that day. The only reason our relationship did NOT work, was because everytime I walked there, I was told something different by each and every employee. For them to say the only error was the name "Sandy" on the shirt was incorrect. That one was actually my error that I took responsibility for. They placed the wrong version of another name on the wrong sizes. Even their explanation of their wrong doing was incorrect! SMH. I'm not going to continue to try to defend my review, I understand they will try to defend their business, but I have many many women, that will defend, they got the wrong shirt, an assistant that worked with me on every single step of this process and saw the mess! Let's not even start talking about the fact that I wanted to order a banner, the number I times I was told "Chad is working on it today" the day I came in talked to Chad myself, he said that's my only priority today, in the end, I just said forget it, because I never even so much as got an image or layout that I requested he design. I did finally say forget it, because in a 3 week time period, I couldn't even get a rough draft.
