I forgot to take a photo of my purchased items before I wrapped them for gifting. I purchased a tumbler, and the bonus was finding three different shirts from their 50% off sales rack. The sales clerk at the counter was very friendly and helped me by showing me items in the glass showcase that were available. This location also does offer custom embroidery services and printing on site.

The guy then said he had sent out email notification to everyone involved that the auction had been reopened , when I said I never received the notification. He said if I am newly registered I hadn't yet been placed on the email list yet. Long story short he basically told me , it is what it is and I'm out of luck. Very unprofessional and ridiculous. Your mistake isn't my problem. I wouldnt make a deal with someone and then make another deal with someone else.

One of the women who worked on our pieces has 20 years of experience and it shows in the quality of the embroidery. Their prices are very fair and worth the drive to Westland to drop things off and pick them up; I'm sure you could also have items shipped directly to them to be embroidered.
