Everywhere I looked online I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for, and if i found anything close to what I wanted the price waa outrageous. So I contact RealTalk Custom T' and they helped design for me the perfect shirts for my husband! I got him 5 for Christmas and he wears them routinely! He loves the shirts and they look great! I would 100% recommend this company to anyone! I wish I read the reviews before ordering online. I ordered…read morea hoodie I from a brand that's hard to get, they had it in stock and it was on sale so I thought why not. I'm 5'6 so I'm a medium at most and that's what I ordered. When it arrived it was a XXL and thought the brand shipped the wrong item and they'll make it right. Sent an email explaining the issue, they asked for an order number, gave it to them. They must have figured out yes it was their fault, and now have ignored my follow ups. Super disappointed and not a trustworthy business. Will be dealing this with my bank and the Better Business Bureau). If they fixed the issue they have a sweater back at least, now chase will just refund the money and they don't get the sweater back. Sometimes it's just better to do good business and what is right.

If they were upfront and notified me about the incomplete order and the missing boxes and accessories, I would have obviously just cancelled the order and order from somewhere else but they shipped out the botched package anyways. I contacted them and they assured me they would look for the 3rd pair or "take care of me" for the issues. After some more back and forth, their only resolution was for me to ship the shoes back to them but they refuse to refund the original cost of shipping the shoes to me even though they botched the whole entire thing. So they wasted all my time and won't even refund the original cost of shipping i paid to have the order sent to me even though they messed it up.

I am awestruck by this company…read more My daughter (age 10) loves suspenders and has for a few years now. I have no idea why, but she does. I ordered her a couple of pairs for $6 or $7 from companies that looked good online but made CRAPPY suspenders. The clasps fall apart at the first use (literally), the stretchy parts get over stretched after 10 or 12 uses and then don't help at all anymore. Crappy, crappy quality. So I went on a quest to find really good quality suspenders, like the kind people that actually do physical labor might use. I found this HoldUp which looked good, reasonable price ($17 for youth suspenders) and they looked pretty rugged so I got her a pair. They arrived yesterday and I have to say that they appear to live up to their advertising, the clasps are non-metallic and would probably hold up a truck based on the design, the adjusters are robust and allow zero slipping and the strap material is on par with industrial tie down straps. I think that she'll be passing these suspenders down for generations. So along with these awe inspiring suspenders they sent a catalog of course, 35 pages, color, including a "we get your letters" column, "suspender facts" info-bites, a line that is "endorsed by Larry King" and more suspender designs and patterns than you can imagine. I'm speechless over the amount of time, effort and friggin' LOVE these people put into their suspenders, AND THEY'RE GREAT QUALITY! If you need suspenders you should buy them from HoldUp. They may cost a few bucks more than the ones you see on Amazon from other companies but the ones you get from these folks will last generations.
