The worst is the towels they provide... they either have product on them that leaves a weird film on your car from other users wiping the shine with them, or they smell terrible like mildew because they are still damp and wet and just sitting in the bin to grab one; or both. I suggest other members do the same. Ended up signing up with Superstar car wash on Hole and California-- staff was attentive and friendly, the wash was really good, my car was pretty clean! They have good sized towels (bigger than Ultras) and they have them fully stocked so you don't have to worry whether there's going to be any towels or not. Only downside is the parking spots for vacuums is narrow and it's hard to have your doors fully opened during cleaning if there another car next to you with their doors open, but it's not terrible. However, the customer service alone would make me choose never to have this type of membership. I was asked if I wanted the front roller to come down. I was very confused by this question because the representative then told me that it is not their liability if something were to happen. He was whispering and I couldn't really make out what he was saying to begin with. So I said excuse me I'm sorry what was that? And then he repeated the same exact thing "do you want the front roller to come down" and I was wondering, what does that even mean so I asked him I'm really not sure what that means so is there a reason that you give this type of disclosure then he said yes because if the front roller comes down and since you have a rack, there is a possibility that our equipment can ruin your car and we have to ask you so that we're not liable for it. And I said oh no, of course I would not want the front roller to come down if there's any chance that it could mess up my car. Needless to say, the car did look fairly cleaner however I do not believe that it was worth the value for 1299 for what I had to deal with in the moment! No thank you!

Appears to say $2 TUESDAYS but it really says $2 OFF ON TUESDAYS. So the usually $6 Basic wash is $4 on Tuesdays and sometimes the self service screen won't honor discount so you have to go inside the little Mart on the right in that case. Second issue is that 9 times out of ten, the dryer will not dry anywhere near the full drying time, even if the countdown screen appears to be working. This means you may get a decent run on dry time but you also may not even get 30 secs before it shuts off. Be prepared with some microfiber towels on-hand if you know you're going to the wash. Otherwise you may be out of luck on a spontaneous trip and have to drip dry on the road.
