I had my daughter and her friend with us, so we were going to use a coupon from the app to get a free Big Q since we were purchasing a hot deli sandwich. He didn't even read it correctly, quickly just disregarded what I was showing him and said it wasn't eligible because it was a collector cup, when it was actually the opposite.
