He tried to prescribe me Paxlovid for a retail price of $1500 (which I did not learn of until I visited my pharmacy). The visit was 10 minutes long maximum. I was billed $700 total for my visit which part of was due to a "telemed" and "follow-up" visit as I was told by a rep. Both were untrue as it was all within one singular, 10-minute visit and it was in-person. I confronted the office about this via phone and email - I received no response. I continue to get spam calls from Vanguard regarding this bill and every time a different representative tells me to speak with the office about my issue, which I already have to no avail.
