Oh yes, and the goodies they promised you to get the sale, they state those were taken out during the final pencil sharpening. Except nobody told you they were removed from final sale. With all the dealerships around that would welcome your business, I would either carry a personal voice recorder to ensure what was really said or just steer clear of these guys. Everything, including the air in the tires was a la carte. Final price just kept growing faster than the sales manager's nose. They sold My Hubby a 2016 truck, put the roadside & extended warranty in My name and then mailed him a "Thank you for buying a 2014 Ram" owner's pamphlet. Absolutely NOTHING went right with this purchase. Nice truck. That is all.

The interior headliner was covered in grease and they took a brush to the hood. After complaining multiple times about the sloppy workmanship they half ass cleaned the interior and buffed the scratches. Paint is still damaged and easily seen. they swirled both sides of our vehicle and you can see it from 40ft away. I complained to the service manager Norman Mercier about the problems and he said he would do nothing for us. He expected us to use are own insurance to pay for the damages they did to our new vehicle. After them having our vehicle 11 days and going there 6 times they did not resolve the problem. They refused todo anything about the damages. Now we have to pay for paint correction out of our own pocket to try and fix what they did. I asked for camera footage and they did not have any to show us and kept saying that they didn't damage the vehicle. complained to the manager of the dealership and he refused to fix the damages and wouldn't even look at the vehicle so I could show him what his dealership did. Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. They do not take responsibility for their actions and put it on the customer.

Let's start with the positives, the new Tucson hybrid I purchased is a nice vehicle. Aleksa in sales and Dakota in financing were excellent to deal with. Both doing everything they could for me and always making themselves available when I had questions. I appreciate your time and support throughout the process. I had shopped around for a couple weeks before landing on this dealership, their pricing is among the best in comparison to their competitors. I was making an out of town purchase so they required me to put a deposit on the vehicle and e-sign the documents before we could proceed. Less than 24hrs after signing the documents they had a pretty significant price reduction on this vehicle model. I noticed the price difference and wasn't picking up the vehicle for a few days so I inquired about the reduced price. Was told that when I came in to pick up the vehicle the general sales manager would discuss it with me and work things out. Upon arriving and bringing up the issue the sales manager, Walid Rahal, came to discuss the matter. After discussing it with his manager he offered very little to resolve the issue and became fairly hostile. Saying if I was not happy with his offer he didn't have to do anything for me since they had my down payment and e-signed documents. Safe to say it was a poor customer experience due to attitude and treatment from management. I will never return to this dealership due to this experience and will take my business to a dealership with a better attitude and customer care.

I travelled from British Columbia to purchase a used vehicle from this dealership after finding it…read moreonline. Before placing a $5,000 deposit and booking my flight, I specifically asked the salesperson if the vehicle had any dents or significant scratches. I explained that I did not want to fly to Alberta and discover damage that had not been disclosed. I was told there were no dents and only a few minor scratches consistent with any used vehicle. The salesperson also provided a walk-around video. At no point during that video was any significant cosmetic damage identified or discussed. When I arrived in Alberta and inspected the vehicle in person, I found approximately 8-10 large scratches, several of which had gone through the paint, as well as a dent above one of the doors. These were not minor imperfections. They were obvious as soon as the vehicle was viewed in person. After I raised my concerns, I was told the damage had only been noticed after the vehicle was rinsed off. Management then asked me to stay until Monday so the damage could be repaired. Because of this, I extended my stay in Edmonton and incurred additional accommodation and transportation costs. On Monday I received a call saying the vehicle was ready. I took an Uber to the dealership only to find that while the dent had been repaired, the scratches had been filled with paint that did not match the vehicle. The repair was clearly visible and, in my opinion, left the vehicle looking worse than before. At that point I had completely lost confidence and trust in the transaction and chose not to proceed with the purchase. I then had to purchase a last-minute flight home. Between flights, accommodations, and transportation, this experience cost me more than $1,500, not including the time I lost. Had the vehicle's condition been accurately disclosed from the beginning, I would never have travelled to Alberta in the first place. My experience as an out-of-province buyer was extremely disappointing. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering a vehicle from this dealership obtain detailed photos of every panel and every piece of cosmetic damage before placing a deposit or making travel arrangements.

Took our Ram in today for a wheel alignment and to get the codes cleared - was charged 1.5 hrs for the clearing. Questioned the validity of this and the Service Mngr was smug and wouldnt budge on that ridiculous price. I paid the charge and will never return. Absolute thievery. This on top of the rude little bigger who accepted the vehicle this morning. Very disappointed, so theyve lost this customer with 4 vehicles . I do not recommend Parkland Dodge - not even for a simple alignment. Would give zero stars if possible.

Do not trust this dealership. I am incredibly disappointed with both the quality of the vehicle I…read morepurchased and the appalling lack of integrity and accountability shown by the staff at Parkland Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I was sold a vehicle that was described as being in "perfect" condition, only to discover almost immediately that this was far from the truth. The visors are completely unusable -- (they won't stay secured to the roof - they fall down while you're driving directly in front of your face making it dangerous not only for myself and passengers but for others driving as around me) -- & the biggest issue is the front passenger seat is inoperable. After doing some quick research, I learned that these are known issues with this model. Yet, none of this was disclosed at the time of purchase. When I contacted LINDA SENKANE, the "salesperson" I dealt with, she showed minimal concern and ultimately stopped responding altogether -- presumably because her commission had already been secured. Her only response was to send me an Amazon link to purchase replacement visors parts myself. With no help from LINDA, I left a message requesting a call back from a manager. Unsurprisingly, no one responded. I then reached out to the finance representative, MANNY GREWAL, who gave me a name and number for someone named "DALLAS," apparently a manager -- though no last name was provided. I sent DALLAS a detailed message explaining the situation and followed up multiple times, even asking MANNY to escalate it. Still, nothing. I've been completely ignored. To make matters worse, within 48 hours of picking up the vehicle, I dropped off paperwork at another dealership on behalf of Parkland and spoke with the manager there, DAVE DUNLOP. When I mentioned the visor and seat issues, he casually suggested I "use super glue" for the visors and that the seat could be "fidgeted with" -- advice that was both dismissive and unhelpful. The seat is now jammed into the dash and completely unusable. After leaving the second dealership, I received an unsolicited text message from MANNY GREWAL, the finance representative I had been dealing with. In the message, MANNY stated that Dave Dunlop would like to take me out on a date. This is after Dave told me to use Krazy glue to fix my vehicle. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and entirely unacceptable -- especially in the context of an unresolved customer service issue. It demonstrates a total lack of respect and reinforces my concerns about the culture and conduct within this dealership. This entire experience has left me feeling deceived, ignored, and frankly disgusted by the way Parkland treats its single female customers after a sale is completed. I, 100%, am pursuing formal complaints regarding this fraudulent and unethical behaviour that Parkland Chrysler has displayed. All that was ever asked or expected of Parkland Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was to take accountability and address the issues that were clearly present at the time of purchase. Instead, they chose to ignore, deflect, and ultimately mistreat a paying costumer. Rather than standing behind the vehicle they sell, they've demonstrated behaviour more in line with a dishonest operation - taking advantage of individuals who put their trust, time, and money into doing business with them.
