I suggest shopping around to find a dealer who provides professional Customer Service; Competition Chevrolet in Stony Plain is a failure in this department.
For the past 12 months I have had one of my vehicles serviced at Competition Chevrolet in Stony Plain; I will not be returning.
Here are a few of the reasons I will not be returning:
1) When performing tire maintenance, mismatched sized tires were installed on the rear-end.
2) Upon returning to their shop to discuss the issue, I requested that the rear-end fluid be changed; this was not done. Subsequently the vehicle was again returned and it was noted that the rear-end fluid was low, so it was topped up, but still not changed.
3) After changing engine oil, oil fill-cap not reinstalled; this resulted in oil throughout the engine compartment.
4) Rear seal replaced a number of times before diagnosing rear yoke issue. (I am sure they would have continued to change the seal if I had not called and asked a few questions!)
5) When changing engine oil, maintenance personnel tracked oil and grime into the vehicle.
6) They continually fail to correctly fill out window sticker date and mileage when next oil change due.
Although all of these issues have been resolved, it required numerous telephone calls (some to General Motors of Canada) and regularly returning the vehicle before they could get it right. read more
