The work was completed well, for a reasonable price and they gave him a heads up about work that may need to be done at a later date, but not immediately. Mom and I then started taking our cars there. Dad died in 2009 and the mechanics and staff there still treat us the same; they let us know if extra work needs to be done and why, plus they tell us if something will need to be fixed in the future, say at the next oil change. I am a single female and I take my car in and they treat me with respect and do not get upset if I need extra explanations or a repeat on what they've just told me.

When I arrived around noon on Sunday, the two bays were occupied and there was a vehicle in line at each of them. So I pulled my car up behind them to begin my wait. One thing I've noticed after going to 3 or 4 locations now, is that some will run out to greet you, and offer a beverage or newspaper while you wait, while others will not. This location does not. But I don't actually care. The tech working in the bay I went into was Dan. There were no uncomfortable sales pitches and he didn't try to make me feel like a neglectful car owner. I can also understand them…read more I have a DIFFERENT Dodge Dakota now, we drove the last one until Bill Parks told us the other one was rusted out, had too many problems, and wasn't road worthy anymore. No point in fixing it. By the way, he was right--the tires outlasted the truck. So we bought another Dodge Dakota that was the same color, only a few years newer. Sorry, we prefer to pay cash for our vehicles, so sometimes we get what we pay for, and anyway those trucks can run with multiple issues.... Having said that--this Dakota had different issues that were becoming problematic and we had a slow leak in the rear passenger tire. Brought it in and they promised to have it done today. Tire had a screw in it. Whaaaat? But it's repaired now. Truck couldn't go over 90 clicks and had started to stall occasionally. Brent Parks replaced all the spark plugs and showed them to me. They looked like rotten teeth. Brought out the parts he replaced and showed me exactly what was wrong. I never feel condescended to, and even though I'm no mechanic, even I can understand what they did and why. I often recommend them to friends. My bestie was quoted, by her dealership, over $2000 of work. TIrecraft went down the list and chopped that price down to ten percent of the cost, because they didn't lie to her about unnecessary repairs and they told her what could wait. (The dealership told her things like her burnt out rear window light was illegal.) Anyway, I love to deal with them. I'm comfortable there. Try them out.
