He started by butchering up our under belly saying it was our fresh water tank leaking, I knew it was not the problem because we never use our fresh water tank. I kept sending videos of the lines coming from the water pump showing him the leaks, he said he would be back out. And never showed back up. He charged us over $500 and never came back when I noticed we were still leaking. We gave him more time to come back and make it rite, he never showed. We called Epling rv services they came directly out, fixed our leaks. Do yourself a favor and do not use Custom Rv Services!! He should reimburse our money for not fixing our leaks and actually made more issues with the butchering he did to our water lines from the water pump and our underbelly.

Unfortunately parts for my coach are hard, if not impossible, to obtain now. Tim and his crew did a wonderful job at fabricating the needed parts and blending them into the existing surfaces. In a rather strange turn of events my neighbor also suffered similar damage to his coach and chose to take his rig to a different body shop for repairs. The results could not have been more night and day. The work that was done by the other shop was shoddy at best.
