Overall I'm happy with the quality of the product- and I'm happy for the fact that they corrected the situation . --------------------------- "NO guarantee of product" - improper installation I went with stonewood kitchen for a whole new kitchen remodel and they also did the installation. 5 years after the install the cabinets began separating at the seam. If you look at the pictures- my pantry system they installed was not correctly done and lack proper structure and support since the side cabinet wall started separating.I do not have excess weight on the shelves - and you can see no damage from misuse. These people are rude, cannot communicate the simplest of ideas in English and will literally yell at you in another language when they either don't understand or run into a problem. I will NEVER use them again. I would literally pay any markup to avoid the lousy service, communication and abuse. TERRIBLE!!! I am glad we dodged that bullet. I asked two questions about the quality and service delivery and they blew their tops. Speaking in a different language and then said it's better for me to pick up and install on our own and then they said they refuse to do the installation. At that point why would we continue to give them business once they are refusing service. As this is happening a guy walks in pissed he was given the wrong cabinet set. And I could only wonder how long he will be without his kitchen due to Stonewood's incompetence. Some people have a great experience but as soon as things are not perfect I can see they will run and never cover the work they do. The only thing on paper is an estimate and want us to pay in full with nothing on paper about the service they will provide. Just know if you go to them they have terrible customer service the product is yours as is and if you ask questions they will refuse service and waste all your time so don't strip your kitchen until you are sure the company is a good one. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a renovation company. No wonder they rank the lowest. read more

I can only gave three stars as of now because I haven't seen their work yet,we paid for the installation and will be waiting for the call to install. They don't dispose of the old countertops and they don't do any plumbing either so make sure you have someone do the plumbing portion of the work before the actually go do the work! I will say, my quartz countertops look amazing!! I did not like that we had to remove the old countertops and unhook the old plumbing and had to have it reconnected, however Lowe's does something similar. Only difference is they have a contractor that will do the plumbing but it is an extra fee and they will remove the countertops...guess that's the extra charge of using Lowe's or Home Depot. May have been worth the extra fee. read more

I don't get the bad reviews. Yes their English could be better or someone that can. They installed my kitchen cabinets, island, bath vanity and tops. They made one mistake installing the pantry cabinet but replaced the side panel and everything looked great. Crap does happen even to the best of us. No one is perfect. As long as they fix it and in a timely manor. I've shopped around and their pricing is very competitive. I'm using them now on another house. same great price. TT read more

If I could give zero stars...I would! The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a company. To summarize in a few words...you get what you pay for! Unreliable Unprofessional Unresponsive Not respectful or holding themselves accountable! They damaged my cabinets and walls and left a mess! We made them come back because they did not even finish the job, have everything drilled/cut correctly, had the adhesive drip down my brand new cabinets. There is a reason why they only have 2 stars for a review, I tried to be optimistic but it was so not worth it! There's one gentleman at the desk that actually tries to help you, so did the installers but the rest of the company, especially Lee at the front desk is extremely rude, up charged us out of nowhere, ignored us on the phone and in person. I began to recommend this company to a friend and noticed some bad reviews that were shockingly different from my experience so I felt I had to post. We had our kitchen gutted and renovated three years ago during the COVID summer. We were recommended to this company by a neighborhood app. Their showroom was fine and it's obviously a family or that type of business. There is a strong language barrier and we had trouble understanding them but they seemed to have no trouble understanding us. Lots of people and contractors came in while we were there. We picked out cabinets, quartz countertops and a sink/faucet/handles. Because of the language barrier, I was not too confident they would show up on the given date, but a gentleman came as promised and took measurements. We paid half up front. We chose to remove the old ourselves to save money. They then gave us another date for installation once the materials were ready and again showed up as promised with a large truck. They worked from the truck in our driveway constructing and cutting everything to fit and even accommodated a few custom requests. It took 2-3 days. When they were done the cabinets were beautiful, they had put trim and crown molding on, and all doors and drawers are soft close. I would say our kitchen is medium size. That portion was around $7,000. All in all, our complete kitchen was $13,000, with us hiring different people for different parts. General contractors had quoted us between $35k and $65k. They hide behind broken English and try to rip you off. Came to my house and quoted me a price for kitchen and bathroom that I approved. When they did the work they didn't realize they would need to remove old counter top??? They wanted to charge more and do less work than quoted. Not worth your time or money. Update- they will also throw away your sink if you don't tell specifically tell them not to throw it away. I truly hope they go out of business. Please do your part by using anyone else. I had Stone Wood kitchen and bath come out to my house to measure for new granite countertops. The man they sent out to do the measurements was very rude and impatient. When he tried to take the new sink out of the cabinets he didn't unhook the drain pipes. This is the best part while he was at my house we went in my backyard and urinated in front of my girlfriend and neighbor. When I called the company to complain they said they would give him a warning. They have done nothing to try and make the situation better and now they have my new sink and the sink template and they're refusing to do the job. I can't even have another company do the job until I get my sink and template back. I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere!!! read more

Wow. If there were zero stars that would be the better option. Needless to say I should have read the reviews for this place before choosing to work with Stonewood. Customer service is a concept that this company does not understand. After clearly making an error in our granite installation (literally putting two different colored pieces together on one counter with an obvious seam down the middle of the sink) and then lying by claiming that they used the slab that we picked out (even though numerous granite professionals have concluded that there is no possible way those pieces could even be from the same lot, let alone the same slab.) I will add that when their granite delivery guys showed up, even they agreed that it was unacceptable and told me to call the company right away. When I asked the delivery guys if this happens a lot, they said, "all the time." They also stated that they (owners of Stonewood didn't listen, and didn't care.) Well, they are right. It was an uphill battle from that point on to get this granite project back on the right track. I had to do all the leg work. Even though the only employee that speaks clear English said "I appologize on behave of Stonewood"- this was after I expressed dismay that no one would take responsibility or appologize for the error. And it was an empty apology because she ended up backing up Stonewood's claim that the granite was from the slab we selected! I know from speaking with their granite supplier that they lied to us multiple times. As if all that isn't horrible enough- when we asked if they can stand by their product and offer a quality assurance, they literally said, "no- we can't make any promises," and "it won't be perfect." Obviously Stone can have variation, but what kind of company can't stand behind their product and customer satisfaction??! I've never delt with anything like this before! When we finally got them to agree to let us select the stone and see it before it was cut, they wanted us to sign a statement saying we would not request any changes, and would accept the granite after it's cut. What?! With absolutely no guarantee that they won't screw it up again?! And no quality assurance?! And they want US to sign our life away on their potentially shoddy work?! Anyway, after a seriously odd (and exasperating) argument with their English speaking employee, she then stated that there was a hold up with the granite delivery because their supplier was quoting them "way more than the normal rate for granite." After speaking with the supplier again, I found out this was another lie. I then called back and demanded a refund. I was so emotionally exhausted by dealing with this horrible company. Bottom line... you get what you pay for. This company is cheap, disrespectful, has NO ACCOUNTABILITY, offers an inferior product, makes no apologies (except for fake lip service) has horrible business practices, puts the customer last as any kind of a priority, puts profits above people, and has a huge communication dilemma (no one in charge speaks English!!) They clearly made a mistake, and did not want to take the hit financially. This was their responsibility- and they just didn't care. No concern for the weeks of delay this has caused us with our home remodel. Let me give you some advice- don't go with the cheapest place just to save some money!! If there were 0 star I would give it to them. Call 3 times asking about price and selection and I was told different prices on each call. The first 2 times they told me they would call me back and never did. Finally drove to the store and the same granite the told me was 15.99/sq ended up being 27.99/sq. Then I finally picked a color and only wanted material for my contractor and they tried to charge me a cut fee per slab. OMG! Wasted my time, gas, energy, and this was a big ole bait and switch. Definitely go to panda, or global home decor for cheap granite and countertops. They all have poor service but this one takes the prize for worst run business. read more
