Jason answered all of my questions about The Realty Medics and their services and we decided to work with them. Once we signed the agreement I dealt with Emi and she was extremely friendly and helpful with getting our property setup in their systems. Once the property was listed they quickly found a qualified tenant and I was assigned my account manager, Eva. Eva is fantastic at communicating with me the few times there were issues with the property. She also conducted a market analysis when it was time for the tenants to renew their lease. My experience with The Realty Medics has really given me comfort knowing my investment property is taken care of well and that my husband and I do not need to worry about this aspect of our retirement plan. Prospective House had squatters ( not their fault) followed up with them…read morefrequently to see when we can go see the house after they kicked squatters out and repaired the damages. Once applied , the person dodged our calls and emails after taking our application fees for weeks and then finally said "oh someone else applied and it's pending". No one else applied before we did , the manager dragged their feet for weeks after 27 phone calls and 8 emails. I look forward to their response on this one with some altered fabrication of Reality.

My brother and his wife have two children, one on the way, and they were going to purchase their dream home. Lennar Sales Rep Michael Camacho along with his boss VP of Sales John Sellinger, led my brother and his wife on an emotional and frustrating experience, and told them outright that they were not getting $30,000 their deposit money back. Who walks away from $30,000??? After investigating, I found that they have done this to hundreds of hard-working people. We are starting a class action lawsuit against Lennar Homes. Such an incredibly long and tragic story that starts with their 27-page (yes, literally) lease that is 100% in their favor and 0% in yours. We should have turned around and ran when we could have if we had only known how bad things would get with them. The girl who showed the home was nice, the person who will become your property manager...not so much. Lourdes Valdes from the beginning was unfriendly, rude and made dealing with their office a nightmare. There were issues with the house that we were told would be taken care of before we moved in, and then upon move in were told "you rented the house as-is." We decided to just deal with the issues (mismatched paint all over the house, unkempt lawn, weeds, ants inside the house, etc.) and lay low to avoid having to talk to anyone in their office. That was a good plan until a horrible issue with mold in the kitchen took over the house after the hurricane. Had to beg someone to come out immediately (they refuse to take calls regarding maintenance issues and your only option is to put in a request via internet leaving you to never know when someone will actually show up). Maintenance guy was sent out who put Kilz over the cabinets, which obviously did nothing. Had to beg again for someone to come out again...Lourdes sent someone in to RIP OUT THE CABINETS and drag them through the kitchen and garage which exposed massive amounts of black, gray, white mold. If you know anything about mold, you know that disturbing it is the worst thing you can do. The smell was so bad in the house we had to evacuate. Never could get a straight answer from Lourdes regarding the process to fix anything nor whether they would waive our rent since we couldn't even live there. Ended up having to hire a lawyer to deal with the situation and get us out of the lease as dealing with Lourdes was impossible. Not only that, but she continually mentioned her lawyer throughout this process which made it clear that we also should probably have someone on our side. It's unfortunate we had to spend the money for that, but I don't think we would have been able to get out of the lease and get our deposit back if we hadn't. Our entire life was in that house and had to be removed by a professional mold remediation company. I have an actual mold allergy and couldn't even go inside. We lost literally thousands of dollars of our items. Every single piece of furniture, mattresses, bedding, pillows, toys, photos, etc. had to be thrown out because of the smell and the fact that you can't clean things like that well enough to bring into your new home. It literally was like having a fire come in and ravage your home. Only this was due to neglect--we had to hire our own mold inspector to give us an idea what was going on since Lourdes decided not reveal any of the information from the one she had ordered. We were told by a local mold expert that mold is very slow growing. The mold in that house had been there for a really long time and because of the extra rain from the storm, it became even worse--to the point of us having to evacuate. We had only lived in the home for four months and had nothing to do with the existing mold issue. The home had water leakage that wasn't dealt with because this company is so cheap they don't want to do proper property maintenance. There was zero compassion or concern shown to us from Lourdes or anyone else in their office. Instead we were told this was just an "accident" and that the owner of the property would be losing out on rental income. Kind of hard to compare minimal rental income loss to a family who was suddenly homeless and lost 75% of their belongings, but she still tried to act like they were the ones being inconvenienced. We were also told at one point that we should be able to live in there with the exposed mold. Thankfully we have been shown compassion by others around us during this difficult time, but I would hate for anyone else to find themselves in a similar situation with a company who could literally care less about you. I'm sure they'll try and come up with some sort of excuse, blame us somehow, or even try and have this review removed, but the facts don't lie. We evacuated on September 17. It's now January 2 and they still don't have this home available to rent and are still doing repairs on the home. The damage because of mold is obvious despite the way they tried to act like we were over exaggerating. Do some research on this company and you'll find many negative reviews out there. This is one of those cases where the bad reviews literally are true. Run as far and as fast as you can from Fusilier.

I will not be able to recommend this management company to anyone in the future…read more I engaged Peggy for tenant placement services based on a referral from my agent, who assisted me in purchasing my first investment property in Orlando, as I reside out of state. My unit remained vacant for three months without a tenant or any discernible progress. My calls went unanswered, and I had to repeatedly contact her via text messages, to which she would typically respond two days later. When I brought my concerns to upper management, she attempted to rectify the situation, but unfortunately, it was beyond repair. Ultimately, I had to terminate the agreement. I then engaged a management company that proved to be exceptionally proactive and communicative. They successfully identified a new tenant within a week, and the tenant moved in the following week. It is truly regrettable to operate and work in such circumstances when one cannot conduct business professionally. I have unfortunately expended my time and resources by placing my trust in a central Florida management company that proved to be untrustworthy.
