here is an updated review! The food was quite delicious this time. I ordered the Fresh Salad BBQ Chopped tri-tip, but unfortunately, they brought me chicken instead. However, the server promptly corrected the mistake. My boyfriend ordered the pulled pork rib sandwich with a side of mac & cheese and a chop salad. He really enjoyed everything, especially the flavorful pork. Overall, I would rate it five stars due to the exceptional customer service. This not only includes the service but also the management; despite a few initial issues, the general manager personally reached out to us to make up for any inconvenience. The fact that they made the effort to take care of their customers deserves five stars. We had a great time enjoying our food and the early environment with fresh air. read more

This is a solid place to enjoy a meal. Their extensive menu means that everyone in your party can find something they like. I recommend starting with the roasted cauliflower which was unique and had a lovely lemon tahini sauce. The portions are huge. A personal salad easily feeds two. The pizzas come in two sizes and a 12 inch was enough for two of us to share. There are options for the vegetarian among us but this is not a vegan friendly restaurant. The shareable carrot cake was good for four of us. Four of us ate for just over $100 including the carrot cake. They do a brisk take out business too. Ordered lunch pizza special and shocked of the pizza size that got smaller. I paid $1.25 ea for pineapple and jalapeños which was only a few for that large price for ea. The drink was almost $4 dollars. I haven't been here for over a year and was lil disappointed for the amount of time I waited for my to go meal. I had to make sure not to add ice on my drink since it was melted for the wait. There was over 10 ppl of staff standing around which I assume to take orders for indoor dining. Paid about $20 for a lunch special, WOW and with very very lil portion. Cheesecake Factory down the street has way better selection and enough for another meal later for same price. Then another 30 minutes later followed up and they lost the ticket que of the order.... Overall waited 75 minutes from the original time of order to get served the meal. Why is there no blue cheese dressing? You have a cob salad. Why is it they served me a ceasar salad in a ramekin and 2.....2 croutons? The fettuccine alfredo sauce came out of a jar and then they put 30 spanish leaves in it. They charge for bread sticks that Ralph's can do better. Ah! Here's another one of my favorites! I love the ambiance and menu. You can eat in or outside. The menu has dishes for both meat eaters and pescatarians. I love their Salmon, it's mouth watering. You have a self serve coffee area. The draw back is you can't order a full rounded lunch or dinner plate. You order each item individually and that adds up quickly. The good part is, the sides are large enough to share with your partner or group of individuals at your table. So order up different sides and share and there you have your balanced meal. A bit of caution, it can be pricey, so careful when ordering up sides. But you'll love every bite! read more

Absolutely Disgusting!! when I went to fill up my drink I could see the cook cooking on a filthy grill, weighing everyone's meat on a filthy tray, grill about 3 inches of burnt stuff. BBQ sauce all over the place. It was just disgusting and I will never go back. Food wasn't even all that and now I know why. Unfortunately I saw this after I had already eaten. Lots of workers just standing around behind the counters, long line, only one guy taking orders and the cleaning crew not cleaning tables. This place used to be so great, and the last few times I have ordered catering for delivery, the food has been a disaster! For years, if you ordered the grilled chicken deal, it came with sliced bbq chicken. Now, it comes with half chickens with the bone in and in uncut portions! If you want the sliced chicken, apparently you have to pay more! But that's not clear when ordering through EZ Cater. How can I expect my executives to be gnawing on a chicken leg during a business meeting???? So tacky. Then, if you order their beans in the catering order, they are not sealed in good containers and they spill all over the place. This even happened on a personal order through Grubhub! Finally, today I ordered $700 worth of catering for 30 people that was delivered in tons of small little containers instead of large pans. It was a joke! We were serving lunch for an important client, and it was embarrassing! Not to mention, they sent 10 containers of the wrong salad! This is unacceptable for a restaurant that has been doing catering locally for so many years. I have ordered Stonefire literally at least 100 times over the past fifteen years, and never has it been this bad. So sad. I am done with Stonefire, and I refuse to be quiet about it! read more

Food is always excellent! Service is very helpful in making my choices for events. We usually do take out. There is only one thing that is really hard to hear conversations when dining in unless it's possible to eat outside. Love the food & can ALWAY TRUST it's going to be delicious! We ordered a dinner for ten for a Christmas Party. When we went to pick it up they couldn't find our order, there was total confusion. Finally we received our order, with food in hand we arrived home to set things up. We ordered chicken, beef, mashed potatoes, and Caesar salad. The chicken was dry, the beef was dry, the potatoes were dry, the salad was great, but it wasn't for a party of ten. I was so embarrassed when the guests started complaining about the food. Stonefire has been a staple in our community for years and generally has alway been pretty good. My family an I went there for dinner last night and frankly, I was quite disappointed. My order was simple, a bbq chicken breast and coleslaw. My wife and son got their orders quick, mine took nearly 25 minutes and that was after speaking with personnel twice. When my meal finally arrived, the chicken was by itself sliced with no garnish or any hint of presentation. The coleslaw had absolutely ZERO flavor. The only thing I could taste were the peanuts. I'm always a very understanding customer when going to restaurants, but seems like when I and my party came in when the team was not on their "A" game what so ever in any way shape or form. There were 3 of us. First they bring only my personal meal order out, which was missing both sides (one was a salad) so they just brought meat and chicken (decent portions and was cold like it was sitting for a while before they brought it to table) I just ate it didn't say anything. (Missing breadsticks as well) 5 min later. Then they bring the second personal meal, bring their mash, but forget their sude salad as well. And we ask about my sisters plate because They completely forgot about it and didnt bring it. Then had to wait 10 minutes they said cuz it was a salmon. Then my sister gets her plate and they forget one of her sides (veggies) Then we noticed we never got our breadsticks for either of the two personal meals. Then we get the breadsticks and they were very doughy and cold. Overall horrible restaurant experience. I didn't complain to a supervisor although i wanted to. I noticed alot of teenagers working. So i know they are learning and don't have the restaurant experience yet. But wow i was disappointed that theere was no transparency on what was going on, were they short staffed that day? Were there other technicalities happening causing the mess ups? I don't know. Everytime we mentioned something to the persons bringing our food they look so lost as what to do, even when we presented our receipt showing what we were missing. Not to mention there were like 3-4 different people coming to our table, so they definitely were lost cause there was no consistency on fixing our concerns. (Not to mention one of the food runners took our receipt and then we had to look for him for the last food runner to fix our missing food concerns. Wish it was a better experience, we were driving from San Diego to Fresno so we were hungry and exhausted a bit from LA traffic. Found them on Yelp and looked promising. Left highly disappointed with a $100 meal cost. Was also not offered any accommodations when addressing our concerns with workers. read more

My sharable salad with double meat and honey Dijon dressing, did not have double meat or honey Dijon dressing. Instead it had single meat and Italian dressing. Went and got this for my family today. Everything seemed fine. I get home. Turns out my wife's blue cheese salad is wrong. It's not a waterfall wedge. In the fact it's barely even got blue cheese on it. I get back in the car and drive back over. Show them the receipt. Ask them for what I actually ordered and they tell me oh well we don't have any lettuce heads so we can't make the wedge right now.
