At his old school he always had a bad diaper rash but at The Prep, they change him regularly and document each diaper change. We took a break for a few months due to Covid so my son fell behind in his language development. I expressed this concern to them and that same day they started working more with him and are giving us updates on his progress. Words can't express what this means to me. They didn't dismiss me...They care enough to take that extra time with him and send us those updates. The office staff is also amazing. The incident was reported to the director, but the only action taken appears to have been filing a report and moving her to another classroom. At four years old, my niece is fully capable of communicating what happened to her, and the physical marks supported her statement. Despite this, the teacher is still employed at the school. We were also informed that the cameras are only monitored live and do not record footage, which raises serious concerns regarding accountability and student safety. As a parent or family member, this situation is extremely disturbing. I would not recommend this daycare based on how this matter was handled. I believe incidents involving allegations of physical harm toward a child should be taken far more seriously and investigated thoroughly. I intend to follow up with the appropriate state agencies to request a formal inspection and review of this facility. No child should ever feel unsafe in a learning environment, and no teacher accused of inappropriate physical conduct should remain in the classroom without a proper investigation.

From the very first day, the staff made my children feel welcomed, safe, and cared for. They treat the kids like family, and it shows in how happy and excited my little ones are to go every morning. The teachers are patient, loving, and truly dedicated to helping the kids learn and grow. I've noticed so much progress in my children's social skills, confidence, and learning since they started here. The communication with parents is excellent, and I always feel reassured knowing my kids are in great hands. The class room is always clean the building in general smells great and always well kept. I love that i can check in on her throughout the day via camera or just dropping in. I get updates throughout the day through the app on how she is doing. When you walk into the building Ms. Tiffani or Ms. Ayesha always great us with a smile and a hello. I work in healthcare and I know not everyday is perfect behind the scenes, but as a customer here I would never know if chaos is going on and I think that says alot.
