I would not recommend this company. On one conversation I was informed our plans were on the way…read moreto the engineer. We waited 5 weeks and called to see if the plans were back from the engineer only to be told "we never said we sent them to the engineer". Next conversation, they were waiting on the builder (G&W Construction- Willie Russell Graham) to pay them So they could send the plans to the engineer. Irene also stated they misjudged the square footage and more money was owed. After extensive conversation with Irene (VPO) she informed me that the contractor did pay so they were able to send the plans to the engineer. We wait 5 weeks and when I called, I was again told the plans never went to the engineer Because the contractor gave Them a check but told them not to cash it. I was Told by Irene they could either send me a quote to finish The plans or she would just send whatever work they had done to that point. I asked her to send me a quote. Ok. 2 weeks later I call to ask when we will receive the quote as I still haven't received it. Irene states "we never talked about a quote!" So much contradictions that delayed our build. I would not recommend this company.
