Belinda did a sloppy job wallpapering a small bathroom. The edges at the ceiling and edges of the doorframe and shower are ragged. One section next to the mirrow does not match. She refused to use the wallpaper as directed and could not use the paper she cut before hand because it did not match. She estimated the job would take one day. At the end of three long days she said it would still be hours before she could finish. She blamed everything on the wallpaper, fine paper from a reputable firm, and even the ladder. She used the ladder the day she came to measure and never said it would not be adequate. The second day she brought a new ladder that was supposed to work better for her. At the end of the third day she asked me to step on the first rung of the ladder while she was on the top rung because she was afraid it would tip over. She was obviously ill prepared to work with 10 foot ceilings but again said nothing when she came out to measure the bathroom. She has a pleasant personality but was very over confident and refused to take any responsibility for her poor workmanship and snail's pace. read more
