This place is a complete RIPOFF with material that looks cheap! The sample in the store is NOT the same material they will bring to install. We were completely disappointed in the professionalism of the staff and installers. The installers left a bunch of debris all over our home and did not bother to clean up! Here are just a few of the issues we experienced with Paradise Granite. Kitchen: Gouged and stained quartz, Quartz for the bar was cut (measured) too short, When the opening was cut for the cooktop, quartz was chipped. Bathrooms: Several gouges in both guest bathroom walls that will need to be repaired and painted, Quartz in master bathroom was two different colors. We were informed that one piece may have sat in the sun thus resulting in the discoloration. Seams throughout the house are very visible, excessive dust left all over our home in hallways, under cabinets in driveway. We removed all of our countertops and plumbing and then had to reinstall our plumbing without countertops because it looked so bad and the installers knew it. Purchased our granite from paradise granite and had our install on January 7th 2023 . Love the granite but ran into problems when putting the back splash onto the wall where we had tile. Then installers had another problem when putting countertop in where when they measured did not measure right. So then we were told they would have to come out and remeasure to make correction when I made a reference to the back splash to the tile where their was a gap and my husband measured the back splash was not 4 inches. i was told they would be back to correct problem. January 30 th 2023 they returned to complete the job but when I ask were they gonna replace back splash where a gap of 3/8 inch was they said no and that I needed to talk to mike at paradise granite. Hoping to solve the issue I went their talk to the sales lady and ask that I could talk with mike . I was told he was in a meeting I showed the sales lady and she said that she told us upon buying granite but I was not aware it would not be that big of a gap. We ask to have it recut. But was not able to beacause she said it was in our contract. Needless to say the other side was nice was not sealed and the other side with the gap was not what we expected. Neighbors came over to see our countertops in hopes of getting theirs done and was very shocked and could not believe they could not measure to fit back splash to tile and informed us that they could tell that our countertop was not even sealed. This team was helpful and responsive. I had to have some existing granite removed and new installed. Good work for good price.

The end result ended up being fine, however, getting to the end result was a major pain. Everyday after the employees left I had to call the office to complain, and get them back out. The issues ranged from leaving large chunks of counter in my yard, to damaging our wood work, to chipped granite, to overall just sloppiness. they left their work area messy and I had chunks of debris chipping off my counters, I had to complain about multiple times before they totally removed it. Getting new countertops should be fun and exciting, not something that causes you a headache and you dread because you know theyll manage to screw something up....again. I have tried multiple times to speak with the owner in regards to my complaints, and he refuses to speak with me. I'd advise anybody to save themself the headache, and go elsewhere. read more

I had the worst experience with this "company." We picked out a certain granite, they wrote the skew down wrong and gave me the wrong granite. They told me to come out and we would work it out so I was happy. I drove an hour to them to do so, and Mike dismissed me and didn't let me speak. He said I got what I paid for and that was that. That was one issue. The second was when they did the counter tops, they tore up the walls, left debris everywhere, left doors unlocked and the security system off. They did not secure the granite to the counters, they ripped up the walls, left the place a mess! Buying granite countertops for your new home should be exciting and fun. Mike made this experience miserable and the receptionist Hayley was so rude when I would call up. I heard her in the background say, "ugh it's that girl calling again." This call was on speaker phone with people listening to this conversation. When I went back to the house for a walk through, the counters were chipped at the corners. I called Mike to address this and said I would be calling the BBB. He said he would call me an hour before when someone would be there, the next day. He never called an hour before. He called me when a guy was 10 mins out saying he had been trying to call me. No one called me. He was about to tell his guy to leave, when I wasn't was able to get him into the house, but I eventually was able to get a contractor to let them in. He promised me he would notify me when it was done and take pictures since I was at work and couldn't leave. I never got a call the job was completed and never received a picture. I went to the house after work to check the job, a contractor was there cleaning the house for my closing date the next day, he told me the worker said, "we chipped the corners when we were leaving and moving our tools out." I couldn't believe this worker admitted they did it and just left it there! They do not care about customers or that you spend your hard earned money there. It was cheaper than most places, we thought we were getting a deal, but we got what we paid for and the class of the company and how they handled their errors matched.
