Now, it is my first stop. I have been there five or six times over the last month and I have been asked if I needed help each and every time. Also, their prices are very comparable to the big stores. Plus, you can be in and out of there in half the time. I strongly encourage everyone in the Back Mountain to give 415 Hardware a shot. You will definitely be a regular.

There is truly something for everyone in this store. Whether it be model cars, trains, action figures, or vintage figurines, antiques, oddities or artifacts, or even minerals, crystals and gemstones, this place has something for you. Serendipitous items catch one's eye from out of nowhere, here. It's almost as if the shop itself is magic, like something out of the Twilight Zone. The owner himself has a somewhat magical and serendipitous vibe. I felt blessed to have bought his wares. Amazing people make this an amazing costume shop. We happened to be in Scranton and needed a…read morecostume for a Yelp Elite event featuring a 1920's theme. Of course they had everything we needed and were helpful and very cheerful in assisting us. Prices were great (same as Amazon) and being able to try on the dress (my wife, not me) before buying was a huge plus because she got the correct size. The first dress would've been too big, even though the size should've fit. Can't say how valuable this was in saving us time and hassle with a return and potentially not having the proper clothes for the party. This store offers rentals of so many amazing costumes year-round, so there's literally everything and anything you could imagine to get you dressed up for the occasion. The two ladies that helped us were absolutely wonderful and sweet and we were so delighted to stop in. See you next time!
