This time, I was taken care of by a very experienced nail technician, and the difference was night and day. He was careful, professional, and clearly very skilled at what he does. I'm extremely happy with how my pedicure turned out this time -- the chrome finish looks smooth, even, and exactly how I originally wanted it. I would honestly give his work 10/10. I really appreciate how the salon handled my concerns and made the effort to turn my experience around. My original experience was disappointing, but I also believe in giving credit when a business listens to feedback and makes things right. I left very happy this time and would definitely be willing to come back again. ------------------------------------------------ I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience. I paid $60 for a gel pedicure plus an additional $15 for chrome, expecting a smooth, mirror-like chrome finish. Unfortunately, the final result looked uneven, patchy, and bumpy instead of the polished chrome effect I paid extra for. During my pedicure, the technician accidentally cut several of my toes, causing them to bleed. Although antiseptic was applied, no one apologized or even asked if I was okay. The next day, I noticed that the chrome on my left foot had turned dull and matte, while my right foot still had a mirror finish. The surface was also tacky and collected lint from my socks, which should never happen with a properly cured gel pedicure. I returned the following day to have it corrected. The initial solution was simply to buff the surface and apply more chrome powder, which would have made one foot thicker and a different shade than the other. After I explained my concern, another staff member understood and recommended removing and redoing all five toes on my left foot. Although I appreciated that they redid my left foot, the finished result is still uneven and far from the smooth chrome finish I expected. The photos speak for themselves. Mistakes can happen, but when customers pay extra for a specialty service like chrome, they should receive the quality that comes with it. Between the bleeding, the lack of apology, the failed chrome application, and the disappointing redo, this experience did not meet my expectations.

I created an "account" and then she also did my eyebrows. I did not have an appointment, they were able to accommodate a walk in. I like that eyebrows are plucked here, instead of threaded or waxed - seemed like less of a risk to make a big mistake. It did not hurt at all and I was very comfortable throughout it all since its in a reclining chair. After about 10 minutes, the service was complete. I paid $28 at their front desk, and was on my way. It is on the expensive side, but I think for the quality of work, it is worth it. I also find that the hair grows back slower which can be good if you don't want to pay so frequently. The salon was very clean, very quiet which fostered a relaxing environment, and they offer a lot more services.
