Extremely Poor: @ Meeting their contractual obligations…read more @ SHOCKING Complaints department @ Remediating Jaime Zamora is incompetent and should not be employed as a designer. He is incapable of recording his own notes (customer information) from paper to computer. In my case he does not appear to adhere to continuous professional development or he flagrantly ignores building regulations. He has breached Building Authority Regulation by designing my extractor fan 200mm above the regulated 750mm. Upon fitting of the extractor fan neither the fitter nor arranged plumber/ electrician by Cash & Carry Kitchens completed the ventilation process. Instead Joe, the Cash&Carry Kitchens fitter plugged the extractor fan in and then sealed the unconnected extractor fan so any fumes from the cooker vented in but went nowhere but into the walls, plug and cabinets installed - further breaching the Health and Safety Act. Upon complaining to Sandra Dooley Area Manager in their head office highlighting the continued errors of the 4 members of staff and providing her with confirmation in writing from Jaime Zamora; that any other future issues would be corrected by Cash & Carry Kitchens. Sandra now continues to squirm out of honoring Cash & Carry Kitchens contractual obligations to me - leaving me no alternative but to seek legal action. Recommendation DO NOT PURCHASE from Cash & Carry Kitchens. In my case, Cash & Carry Kitchens have breached the Building Regulatory Standards and the Health and Safety Act and cost me €1000's. Spend the money in a reputable organization.

My elderly parents who are in their mid to late 70's purchased a new kitchen from Cash & Carry…read moreKitchens Naas. The total purchase price was approx €17k. During the consultation in Naas they spoke about the cooker but there were none in the showroom so they went along with the sales persons recommendation. As it turns out the recommendation was a hob and a twin oven but the oven is down low and very small and not fit for purpose. They did not see this until they went to the house and realised the issue. They then went to the Manager in Naas who was dismissive and abrupt abasically told them they signed a contract and it was binding. He told me to ring head office and also agreed that it was poor that they would not change it I have made 3 attempts to contact Head Office in Cork and have been told that a Manager will contact me back but still nothing. I eventually got to speak to an Operation Support who basically said that if my parents were not capable of buying a kitchen then they should not have been let go on their own. I said at the time of buying the kitchen their was no oven etc on display and they bought on the strength of the sales person. I was informed that the product codes would have have been on the invoice and they should have looked them up!!! so rude. The oven has not been connected or the hob - we have the packaging but because their fitter removed them from the packaging they wont take them back. Absolutely terrible CUSTOMER CARE - kitchen quality is good, sales person was lovely but any issues or queries then you are simply IGNORED. There was no paperwork signed when kitchen was delivered as its not company policy. I also asked several times during the build for a copy of the drawings and never received them

MEAT EATERS OF THE WORLD UNITE - MY NEW BBQ - 80 QUID CHEAPER…read more I found this place on the internet after a particularly stressful encounter with a bad sales person in another garden Centre. I was in the market for a Weber BBQ. If you dont know what these are they are a pretty spendy investment into outdoor gas cooking but are without doubt top quality. They will outlast any other BBQ on the market and have a 25Y guarantee to back it up... Anyway this place at Goatstown Cross not only does BBQs but all kinds of Garden furniture, planters, parasols, gas heaters, electric heaters, fire pits etc.. Lots of cool stuff for the garden. John who owns the place was very knowledgeable about the whole BBQ scene steered me in a new happier direction of BB type and I am not disappointed. For anyone considering buying a Weber you wont find better value in the City. I drove from the last dealer in Clondalkin and saved myself over 80 quid by going to Outdoor Scene!! It seems all the garden centres which sell Weber will not discount until after the end of the season when people dont want to cook outside any more. Ill be back again to buy more stuff for the Barbie.

Was told I needed appointment to view because of COVID 19 restrictions. Arrived on date of appointment. People appeared to be entering and leaving with no appointment. Was told that one item of the set I wanted was no longer in stock. Manager was quite dismissive with a hard luck attitude. They had sold everything online so my loss. No offer to suggest an alternative. Hope business stays strong for them. Clearly don't need to make an effort currently.
