The reason I come here quite frequently (every couple of months) is to get my chef knives sharpened. Takes them only a couple of minutes and at 2 Euro a pop it's well worth it! The only downside for a member of the general workforce like me are the opening times. Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 5pm. There's no way I can make that, unless I'm off. A friend recommended QK. And we went with them . Paul junior was fantastic to deal with ,he was very professional and did a great plan out for us . We then had Jason come out to measure our kitchen and he was fab , he organised the electrician Barry , the plumber and gas all to be done for us . He removed our old kitchen and arranged for a plasterer too . It was great not having the stress of trying to find decent trades men . Nothing was a problem and all was done to a high standard . I especially want to say a big Thankyou to Tony who fitted the kitchen his work was of a high standard ,and he was a pleasure to have in our home . He was tidy and considerate and a hard worker . I might mention we got a credit note from the other company and we ordered a tap . After many a exscue and six weeks later we are still waiting for the tap and have now gone back to QK and got a tap .we have ordered our stone counter top from stone ideas which will be coming tomorrow and will hopefully be done to the same standard as our kitchen

Very unprofessional - obviously only concerned with the big paying jobs. Would not recommend.

My wife came home from work to find the tiler had invited his girlfriend over to our home while we…read morewere both in work. The tiler and his girlfriend were both upstairs! Alarm sensors were tiled over when I specifically asked them not to be. I had to pay the alarm company to come back out to fix a problem with the sensors caused by Bathroom Design. Bathroom design cut through the floorboards in the bedroom without permission. My guess is that they forgot to install the towel rack in the bathroom before the tiles were in place. Laziest solution was to cut the floorboards. Leaks in the vanity unit caused damage to the lower drawer. I'm now on the third replacement drawer in one of the vanity units. Leaks from the shower caused damage to the kitchen ceiling. I had to repair the damage to the kitchen ceiling myself. Waste pipe from the toilet was left exposed. This is what Bathroom Design consider 'all work finished to a high standard'. A pipe was left sticking out of the side entrance that wasn't attached to anything. The perfect height to cause injury to a child. LED lights in one of the mirrors stopped working. Mark instructed me to 'sort it out with SONAS' Bathroom Design's supplier. When I told Mark that this went directly against the advice of the CCPC, he then told me he was speaking to a solicitor. Mark tried to tell me that his solicitor advised him to fight against the recommendations of the CCPC, which I believe is nonsense. Ultimately Bathroom Design had to replace and install a new mirror, as per the recommendations of the CCPC. Stay away, take your business elsewhere!

Service during the sale process was excellent, service after we paid the deposit was less excellent. Kitchen was delivered on time and installed properly. However when it came to some of the finer detail and the small things they let themselves down. Don't get me wrong we are very happy with the kitchen however some small adjustments to their attitude during instillation could have made this a five star review.
