They half fitted a kitchen for me, they messed up on the order and left me with a kitchen in two different colors. Handles and doors missing, chips on panels and doors, appliances not fitted correctly, tap not secured, worktop not sealed. A disaster from the very beginning with a salesman trying to close a sale with me on Sunday night drunk in a beer garden. Gave me the wrong worktop too. I have had three different fitters out and three months on it's still not right. Very unprofessional, they know what they are doing!!!

We havent been able to cook properly for nearly 2 weeks Not to mention there is a lot of waste left in the garden, some heavy wooden panels were simply left on our stairs unprotected, what happena should they fall upon us and cause harm?! I give them the 50%deposit at 28/02/2019, and pay other 40% at 17/04/2019 like they ask for.the work should start at 18/04/2019 But they didn't came for work in time and in the afternoon some came remove the old kitchen. Then interesting things are coming.they told me because they didn't have the new kitchen right now so they can not finish the job tomorrow and because Easter coming they need change to 23/04/2019 .Ok, I accepted it. But I don't understand why there is such a thing after repeatedly stressing that they can collect money the day before they start working. The problem is that they took the money but didn't start working on time and put the start time ahead of the long Easter weekend, which means my family need to live 5 days without a kitchen. This is just the beginning of the problem They came on April 23 and then the next day I thought the size of the cabinet is wrong. The door opening direction of the cabinet door is wrong, the door can not be opened. With my consent, they saws off some shelf under the windows. Then they modified the cabinet size on site but the door need to order again. At the end of the second day They told me that there is only a little work left so they will finish the rest of the work together next time，if the door not ready tomorrow they will let the company give me a call. There is a lot of waste left in the garden, some heavy wooden panels were simply left on our stairs unprotected，Can you imagine how dangerous it would be if a 3-year-old boy ran around in the house? Then they didn't show up again all week.I also hope that they may come next Monday. I contacted this company on Monday. They said that door should order and they don't know how long does it take. Yesterday, at my strong request, they promised that someone would install it at 2 pm.At 2:35, the worker called me and said that the car was broken.They can't come today. This apparent"professional animal caregiver" has just cancelled…read moremy booking 4 days out from our wedding because I queried if we could pick our rabbit up a day earlier than planned and asked would it be possible to arrange a time outside of the one hour slot a day that she offers for collections - I wasn't asking for any reduction in cost and I would have worked to a time that suited her but instead she decides to leave us high and dry and cancel our booking. I'm extremely glad I haven't left my rabbit in her care.
