So if you're looking for a spatchel, tins, pourers for liquor bottles etc. chances are you'll find it here. The reason I come here quite frequently (every couple of months) is to get my chef knives sharpened. Takes them only a couple of minutes and at 2 Euro a pop it's well worth it! The only downside for a member of the general workforce like me are the opening times. Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 5pm. There's no way I can make that, unless I'm off. Staff are absolutely lovely and very knowledgeable. Can only recommend this place

Cash & Carry Kitchens

Extremely Poor: @ Meeting their contractual obligations…read more @ SHOCKING Complaints department @ Remediating Jaime Zamora is incompetent and should not be employed as a designer. He is incapable of recording his own notes (customer information) from paper to computer. In my case he does not appear to adhere to continuous professional development or he flagrantly ignores building regulations. He has breached Building Authority Regulation by designing my extractor fan 200mm above the regulated 750mm. Upon fitting of the extractor fan neither the fitter nor arranged plumber/ electrician by Cash & Carry Kitchens completed the ventilation process. Instead Joe, the Cash&Carry Kitchens fitter plugged the extractor fan in and then sealed the unconnected extractor fan so any fumes from the cooker vented in but went nowhere but into the walls, plug and cabinets installed - further breaching the Health and Safety Act. Upon complaining to Sandra Dooley Area Manager in their head office highlighting the continued errors of the 4 members of staff and providing her with confirmation in writing from Jaime Zamora; that any other future issues would be corrected by Cash & Carry Kitchens. Sandra now continues to squirm out of honoring Cash & Carry Kitchens contractual obligations to me - leaving me no alternative but to seek legal action. Recommendation DO NOT PURCHASE from Cash & Carry Kitchens. In my case, Cash & Carry Kitchens have breached the Building Regulatory Standards and the Health and Safety Act and cost me €1000's. Spend the money in a reputable organization.

During the consultation in Naas they spoke about the cooker but there were none in the showroom so they went along with the sales persons recommendation. As it turns out the recommendation was a hob and a twin oven but the oven is down low and very small and not fit for purpose. They did not see this until they went to the house and realised the issue. They then went to the Manager in Naas who was dismissive and abrupt abasically told them they signed a contract and it was binding. He told me to ring head office and also agreed that it was poor that they would not change it I have made 3 attempts to contact Head Office in Cork and have been told that a Manager will contact me back but still nothing. I eventually got to speak to an Operation Support who basically said that if my parents were not capable of buying a kitchen then they should not have been let go on their own. I said at the time of buying the kitchen their was no oven etc on display and they bought on the strength of the sales person. I was informed that the product codes would have have been on the invoice and they should have looked them up!!! so rude. The oven has not been connected or the hob - we have the packaging but because their fitter removed them from the packaging they wont take them back. Absolutely terrible CUSTOMER CARE - kitchen quality is good, sales person was lovely but any issues or queries then you are simply IGNORED. There was no paperwork signed when kitchen was delivered as its not company policy. I also asked several times during the build for a copy of the drawings and never received them

When I moved into my new apartment a couple of weeks ago, I spent ages looking for little black bins to put in my bedroom and in the toilet. I went to six different cheapo shops but I couldn't find anything plain enough. The other shops were selling ridiculous Winnie The Pooh metal bins. Guess where I found my bins? Yes, that's right: the All Rooms Shop. Whether it's a bucket to wash your floor or a dish to roast your chicken, you can find it here in this shop. And for good value too. They sell, funnily enough, baths and showers and bathroom accessories, some really beautiful stuff and no doubt it costs a fortune but I can easily see situations where it is worth getting that perfect piece. One thing that caught my eye was an incredibly funky shower that looked positively space aged. Definitely worth checking out if you are redecorating.

A friend recommended QK. And we went with them . Paul junior was fantastic to deal with ,he was very professional and did a great plan out for us . We then had Jason come out to measure our kitchen and he was fab , he organised the electrician Barry , the plumber and gas all to be done for us . He removed our old kitchen and arranged for a plasterer too . It was great not having the stress of trying to find decent trades men . Nothing was a problem and all was done to a high standard . I especially want to say a big Thankyou to Tony who fitted the kitchen his work was of a high standard ,and he was a pleasure to have in our home . He was tidy and considerate and a hard worker . I might mention we got a credit note from the other company and we ordered a tap . After many a exscue and six weeks later we are still waiting for the tap and have now gone back to QK and got a tap .we have ordered our stone counter top from stone ideas which will be coming tomorrow and will hopefully be done to the same standard as our kitchen

Fitzgerald Kitchens
I am only writing this review after giving this company every opportunity to rectify the issues…read morebelow. They are one of the most disorganised and incompetent crews I have ever come across in 20 years as a project Manager. We got them to do a complete in-frame kitchen which was fitted around October/November 2016. Firstly, they were 3 weeks late measuring, then they mis-measured (floor to ceiling was measured incorrectly) and then they were nearly 2 months late on delivery... excuse after excuse after excuse... the units did not fit, so the fitters just unbelievably, butchered the tops off them. They take 100% of your payment up front (allowing for no retention), and they still, after eight months, have not come back to fix the snags after multiple promises to do so. I have already taken 2 days off work to be home on the agreed days to meet their fitter and he never even bothered to show up. No phone call, no e-mail and not even the courtesy of a response when I left messages. So now, 8 months after getting the kitchen fitted, I have to pay someone else to fix the problems left by Fitzgeralds. There are missing shelves in cupboards, poor quality fixings (over tightened knobs falling off presses because there are no threads on them), cracks in cornice and an extractor fan that keeps falling down on our cooker. My advice: Avoid at ALL costs. If you have engaged them already, make sure you retain at least 5% until they finish the job for you.
