Stone Creek is a nice park with a small-town county feel. The adult pool and spa are a plus and there is a second pool for all the splashing fun. read more

I was able to use the rv dump station for $10. It was easy in and easy out. If you need a dump station they will take care of you.

Clean and friendly little park. Adult only pool and hot tub was a plus. Laundry was serviceable, but no frills. No freeway noise and although there are train tracks somewhat adjacent, during our stay trail traffic/noise was not an issue. We popped downtown to see the Alamo- go early as it's busy later in the AM. Hit the local grocery store to reprovision. All in all, while not a "destination", it's a park I would stay at again. read more

This place is not really recommended. The front desk lady is not very nice. she acts like her job is the worst. wasn't nice to us. the pull throughs gravel for the campers wasn't even, so our camper was sideways. the laundry building has 4 washers and three working dryers. one of the dryers does not work. the worst part is, one person would use all the washer and not leave a washer or two for you to use. so i wouldn't be able to do laundry when i needed to till after they were done. it was unfair and not nice. the neighbors were weird and have a staring problem. even better. there's a train track right by the rv park so the train does its whistle every hour all night. we payed every week for this place cus we didn't know how long we'd be here. but we stayed for over a month, so we asked them if our weeks of payments could be put together as a month and they said no. then they continued to tried to make us pay $900 for another month if we stayed. heck no.. so we moved rv parks. we are at a far more amazing one. if you wanna stay here, go ahead but good luck! wish you the best of luck read more

This place has rolling blackouts that last for hours then comes back on for a full 4 minutes and we were not told about this before hand. The service is terrible and there is constant noise from residence that you share an area with who were friendly but that is the only upside. NEVER COME HERE if you hate noise pollution. read more

Stayed here while visiting family we have a 41ft fifth wheel. They were able to accommodate us for a week stay on short notice. But they did put us in a spot that barely fit our rig. Went back and the front desk moved us to a better spot. Worked nice. The spots are close together but quiet and close to stores and food. Used the laundry and worked for our needs. They could re-level most sites. Cable was great for the kids. Would stay again. read more

We have a 37 foot fifth wheel and made the turn to close and the truck bed hit the underside of the RV. We asked the manager if this had happened before she said no. We took the RV 10 miles down the road to get it repaired and they said it happens there all the time. BEWARE! We loved the Adult only pool. read more

This is a great RV park! Very large with two distinct sections... The front part of the RV part (where you enter) is for short term stays mostly vacationers visiting the area for a few days or a week or 2 anything more than that and they place you in the long term area in the back. In the short term area you will find mostly newer RVs and tourists as well as a Hot Tub and Swimming pool complete with waterfall. They recently added 2 premium off leash dog areas!! I'm not talking about a fenced off patch of dirt either! Brand new bark and training obstacle course worthy of the Westminster dog show!! Even the fence is top notch nylon covered links that match the material of the tubes sea-saws and other doggie obstacles. If all that isn't enough they have free Wi-Fi and Cable TV including HBO AND Showtime!! With Good Sam and TACO discounts daily rates are as low as $30 Oh yeah and there is a club house with pool and full laundry and shower facilities read more

Very nice park with lots of amenities HOWEVER there a few items I wish they would fix to make it better: 1) Terrible WIFI in most locations! They provide it free but you can either not connect to it, you can't stay connected once you get on it, or its so slow you can't do anything on it anyway. 2) They have a rule where you can't leave your dog outside unattended however many people do and they just let them howl incessantly. The park does nothing to these people. 3) They have a rule where dogs must be leashed when outside but I've seen people just leave their dog loose, one lot has two dobermans and a german shepard and the shepard tried to come after my dog while we were out walking. That's an accident either to a person or dog waiting to happen! If they would follow up on their rules and enforce them, their park would be a much better place to stay. They also need to rework their WIFI. They have lots of towers but signal strength is way to low and their connections are way to unstable to do any kind of work on the internet. read more

Two of the three mowers that they use have had the rock guards removed. The maintenance staff mows so close to the ground that they spray your equipment with rocks. Our RV was sprayed three time. Our truck which we had just waxed, had three fresh rock pecks including one right in the middle of the tailgate. Do not stay at this park if you value your equipment read more

So I have been here for over a year and here are my observations. Firstly I have experienced the park raising their rates 2 times since I have been here but nothing has changed by way of service or amenities, as a matter of fact the internet/wifi has gotten slower to the point of not working at all. Second the roads and RV spots are in very poor condition, bumpy and uneven. Lastly there is one particular employee (who does what around the park I'm not sure) but acts as though he is super cop or some kind of enforcement who will bark at you for doing (well about anything), so just read the rule book very well and believe me they have quite a few rules around here. To summarize, prices are way too high for what your getting. read more

Has a dog park, laundry, pool and country store. Also has a community center where folks gather for ice cream socials and such. The playground for kids was disappointing. There was more for dogs than for kids. The RV spaces were rather close, but had covered picnic tables for each camp. Not a bad place to stay a night or two if your entertainment is going to be out in town. Rates are reasonable. read more

The complimentary Free Wi Fi does not work at all! My wife and I sold our home and stayed at SC for a month. I office from home quite often so no Wi Fi was a real kick in the teeth for me. The rest of the facilities were adequate at best. read more

This park is not OK..... First the staff are not friendly they don't smile and are short to the point of rude. The trains, gun range, and horses are loud every day. Then the loud music and people speeding through the park. The lawns are poorly maintained as well as the spots for the RV and parking. Trash is left outside peoples RVs causing flies and smell and nothing is done about it. Employees driving carts and drinking on the job. Stay away. read more

This park is just ok. At check in, the staff did not make eye contact once or even smile...basically not friendly. Our site was not level. It was probably due to the fact that the entire park is on sloped land so few if any sites are level. Bathroom and showers were readily available although they were generally unclean..mostly wet floors from rude users. The park has quite A few Live-in so lots of Rvs have lots of junk aound them. Sounds really negative but I would still recommend this park. Prices are good, it's a Good Sam park, and it's in a good location relative to all activities (Missions and Riverwalk). read more

We gave this park two chances to earn our business and now we are DONE. It is not for one night lay over. Not very well kept and some RV look like they moved in years ago. The office person who checked us in was not friendly and didn't seem happy about being there. Did not even say thank you. The site she put us in was rocky and unlevel. The cable TV was all snow and she didn't seem to care we if got TV or not. The wifi was a joke, no password and slow to load. We were heading east on I-10 and we had not luck getting a site elsewhere, but I'll make my day a little longer to find a site anywhere but in this park. read more
