I moved here in May of 2023 and the problems started. The asphalt pads were terrible and cracking…read moredue to being installed incorrectly, so i wasn't able to ever keep my trailer level. The wifi was ifie at best, the water was shut off it felt like every other week for hours at a time and we would be told that it was the water company, but it wasn't always. The plumbing in the park wasn't installed correctly and so they had a ton of breaks. Marybell was the biggest issue and a terrible person to have to deal with. Kathy wasn't any better as a manager and I'm saying that the nicest way possible. The electric was priced way to high per kwt at .14 cents, only so the park could make money off of us, when they already were with our high rent. PEC only charges .10 cents a kwt, so they were way overpriced. The office would be closed for days at a time when Marybell would go out of town and Jennie, who only worked weekends and was amazing wouldn't be asked to work. The washers and dryers weren't maintained and were always broken, as was the coin machine. They didn't have ice most times and they advertised propane, and yet had no one to sell it. Marybell lived rent/electric free, as would her friends, but everyone else had to toe the line. When I left in August of 2024, I barely got my deposit back because Marybell hadn't read the meters right. Jennie was the best person in the office and should get a raise or promotion or both. If Kathy and Marybell were no longer there, I would move back in a heartbeat. I loved the location and Jennie.

They have an outdoor bouncy bounce, water slide, pool, kiddie pool, basketball, playground, mini golf, indoor pool. Seriously they have so many things for families here! My partner and I both agree this area is safe for kids to play openly, plenty of room for them to roam around. The park had an egg hunt for the kids & they even had Yogi the bear come out to bring letters to the children thanking them for coming out and spending the weekend here! Third year at Camp Fimfo -- and unfortunately probably our last…read more Our family has come here three years in a row. This year we booked four days at hundreds of dollars per night. Our nephew is almost four and has ridden the small red and blue slides in the interactive children's water playground during each of the last two years. They were the main attraction he was excited about returning to. This year, after we arrived, we were told he suddenly must be 42 inches tall to ride them. So somehow he could ride these slides when he was younger and smaller, but cannot ride them now. We absolutely understand legitimate safety requirements. What we don't understand is this: The enormous full-size water slides at Camp Fimfo also have a 42-inch minimum. So the little slides in the children's water-play structure now have the same minimum height as the massive elevated water slides. Perhaps there is a legitimate safety explanation for that, but from a customer's perspective it makes very little sense. Even more frustrating, while sitting here today we have watched children who appear to be our nephew's height -- and some who appear shorter -- being allowed down the same small slides. If 42 inches is necessary for safety, enforce it consistently. If this is a new restriction, clearly disclose it before returning families spend substantial money booking their trip. We called the front desk before posting a review to give Camp Fimfo an opportunity to address the situation. The employee was cordial. Their proposed solution was a free ice cream. After spending hundreds of dollars per night on a four-day stay, an ice cream doesn't address the problem. This isn't about demanding that Camp Fimfo ignore a safety rule. It's about clear disclosure, consistent enforcement, and reasonable treatment of returning customers. Watching an almost-four-year-old try to understand why he could ride his favorite slides when he was younger and smaller, but can't now -- while similarly sized children continue riding them -- is incredibly disappointing. We returned for a third year because Camp Fimfo had earned our family's business. Unless this is meaningfully addressed, there won't be a fourth.

A very special shoutout to the Recreation & Activities Supervisor, Kim Wertens! She was amazing--so patient, resourceful, and truly went above and beyond to accommodate our group of 90 people. She worked with our preplanned schedule and helped keep all the kids entertained, which made a huge difference for everyone. We floated with them one of the days too and our get out was literally our front door. The bathroom was about half way down from the entrance and we were the second to last spot. The showers were by the entrance and you need quarters for the water to have some pressure. There are only two showers so the lines got pretty long at night when people were getting ready for bed. All the staff were so nice and helpful. They go around and pick up trash, deliver ice to your site when brought from their little store, and one lady took my tubes back to the front for me when she was picking up the trash. I'm already looking at dates to go again before it gets cold.

You could not open doors because they were all bent trailer looked like it was going to fall on its last leg!! The river was beautiful CAMP SITE WAS GREAT BUT THE TRAILER WAS CRAP!!. 2- people decided too sleep in car due to spider webs. and stink. The walls were chipped formican ripped dirty everything. I would never recommend getting a trailer from OUTDOOR ADVENTURES AGAIN. I HAVE PPICTURES I WISH I COULD ATTACH SO EVERYONE COULD SEE HOW DISCUSTING IT WAS.
