I am thrilled with it!! It's beautiful! Chris and his men did an amazing job - they were here on time every day, worked hard, and left the whole area clean when they left. Everyone was professional, respectful, and I couldn't be more pleased with their work. I highly recommend Chris and Landscape & Concrete Impressions for your yard - they are the best!! L Santee

He can be reached at 915-222-2858. Listed are the the qualities that we found outstanding. 1. Starts the job when he says he will. 2. Stays on the job until completion. Does not go back and forth between homes. 3. The quality of work is superb, with every attention to detail, & does not cut corners when he could have. 4. The works he did was: gives you 3-D imaging of your vision before starting...leveling the yard, laying brick, pouring concrete (not buying the slabs), detailed water system, timing the water system, picking up all supplies, placing decorative stone walls, planting the trees & flora chosen, pouring wheel barrow after wheel barrow of decorative rock. Laid sod as well. Placed beautiful lighting. It's a work of art! 5. Every single day, the worksite was cleaned up, & placed under the patio nice & neat. He could have easily left the tools where he was going to start back up the next day. 6. Constant and consistent back breaking work! I saw one short break on only a couple of days. Maybe lunch the first 2 days. Then after that, I never saw them stop working. I couldn't believe it! 7. Very friendly and professional!! 8. He only left work site to purchase supplies when I changed my mind on certain items, only to quickly return. 9. The crowning moment was when saw him arranging river rock in perfect display, as though he was a florist making an arrangement! That's paying attention to detail. 10. He willingly offered advice on other personal projects. 11. Informed us in how to care for all things. 12. A deposit is required. Then half is do upon the day the work begins. We just purchased this newly built house and were able to select the type of front yard landscaping Bella's offered. Then on top of that, we were offered an incredible quote for the backyard. Everything came out so perfect! Our dogs are especially happy with the backyard for their running and playing! We specifically also asked for an extra little cement side walk for the trash bin and they gave us a fair price for that as well. They have a great eye for color coordination which is great because it really matched our house colors! They will also add an automatic watering system so you never have to worry about keeping your plants watered. The control panel also has different options to fit all your water bill needs. They will also advise how to keep your turf as clean as possible and contact them 2 weeks prior to every 6 months for maintenance. If you maintain your turf well with leaf blowing the sand and cleaning with the hose, you can be charged only $250 for maintenance versus $750. Definitely great advice from Maria! We cannot thanks Bella's enough for their quick, friendly, and professional services! Highly recommend!
