To the previous reviewer, it says on their website how much of a lead time they need to hand-make your product, QA it, then get it mailed out to you. Maybe you missed that? The shade I ordered from Gothic Arch has been perfect, but then last year, my shade was damaged slightly due to some burn damage (I have no idea how it happened as I discovered it the next morning). I emailed Gothic Arch asking if they could sell me a 2 x 2 piece of Aluminet so I can patch the hole, but instead, they were more than happy to send me a sample piece that size to make my repairs!!! That is true customer service! That alone reinforces why I refer all of my friends and inquires for greenhouse product to Gothic Arch, as well as my future business!

BIG MISTAKE - Buyer Beware. Those flowers were poorly put together and fell apart on my friends front porch when her granddaughter tried to lift the package. My friend said that she always uses Zimlich and was surprised by the way the local florist contracted by the dot.com florist did business. I was horrified and embarrassed. Fast forward to today. I called the Sage avenue location of Zimlich and was fortunate enough to speak with a super sweet employee named Sherry. I explained to her what had happened last week and asked for help putting together a new order. Sherry was amazing and knew her flowers. She told me what was fresh in stock and helped me to decide. I chose to go with a "designer's choice option" because I got a really good feeling talking with her and she also mentioned that the florist working today was extremely talented with many years of experience. I ordered the flowers around 8:30 Central time. The flowers were delivered close to 10:00 AM Central. (There was some really bad weather expected later in the day, so I am VERY appreciative that the flowers were delivered before the storm rolled through). My friend called me later in the morning to thank us and to tell me how beautiful the second arrangement was. Our friend can't lift over ten pounds and also told me also that the delivery man had been fabulous and had carried the arrangement to a safe location inside for her. THANK YOU SHERRY! THANK YOU ZIMLICH! Ya'll know how to treat people! It's no wonder you have been in business for so many years! I HIGHLY recommend this business to anyone needing to send gifts in their service area. Maybe this is personal preference, but the colors clash really badly. The hydrangeas look like their stems were stuck in dye to make them this shade of blue. For $75, this is incredibly disappointing - especially when I could have gone to a different florist and received a florist-quality bouquet.

Neither the manufacturer's warranty or the worthless extended warranty would even consider my claim. I don't think the extended warranty people even read it. If you're thinking about doing business here, don't. There a few places I will never be back. And this one is at the top of the list.
