A couple came in a few minutes later and was greeted by another saleswoman, they told her they were already working with someone so she smiled, turned her back and began working in the computer. Hmmm well so much for customer service. You only get one chance to make a first impression, this wasn't a good one. I waited politely and tried to gain her attention but she wasn't interested. We walked into Tri-County Lighting on a whim one Saturday and found everything we needed. I had a few questions before we ordered, and they were always available and helpful. Ordering was easy (even with two little boys in tow), and the products (three fans and two pendant lights) arrived in a week. And, when the order came in, they called to double-check with me because the fan finishes were different than the kitchen light finishes - intentional, but I appreciated the attention to detail and that they called to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. They even offered to meet me with the order or stay open later to accommodate me since I live in a different county. It's great to patronize a local business and get impeccable service.
