Also, upon checking out, no "thank you, have a great day, come back soon, ANYTHING". I really didn't feel like a valued customer or that my business was valued there. Come to think of it, I should be giving this place 3 stars instead of 4 just on the service alone. If you are in need of cigars or loose pipe tobacco, this place likely has what you need.
