Once the Galleria opened up, people no longer wanted to just go shopping, they wanted to go shopping at The Galleria. Anything less and you weren't shopping at the best place possible in the area. Weekends, Black Friday shopping, Day after Christmas shopping, all were taken to the next level when the Galleria opened up. Nobody can ever forget when the Galleria was hit by a terrible fire in 2010 and was forced to be closed for repairs for about a year. I personally love the Galleria because they always have just about anything and everything to fulfill my shopping needs. It's also home to some of the best restaurants in the area, from the food court to the restaurants on the outer edges-so many food options. I think it's safe to say I've done my Christmas shopping at the Galleria just about every year since they opened in 2000. The Galleria is a true sense of pride for the citizens of Roseville and I couldn't imagine what it would be like if the Galleria ever went away. So if you ever are in the Roseville area and have a need to go shopping or maybe just window shop-don't hesitate to stop by the Galleria at Roseville. I'm sure a good time will be had.

Round1 arcade (1st floor) and Century theaters (2nd floor) are solid choices for killing time. Food-wise, the food court is on the second level and includes Shake Shack, McDonald's, and a lot of other choices including Italian and Thai. In addition to chairs for weary shoppers to rest scattered throughout the mall, there are also some high tops, which is nice if you grab a quick bite like a pretzel or Jamba Juice and want to chill while you eat. There is a huge parking lot around the mall as well as a parking garage near Round 1 and Century. There is also an outdoor kids' play area with shade near Crate and Barrel and Tiffany. Recent additions have included Blue Bottle coffee and Knee Deep Brewing is expected to open this year. The Galleria is expansive so be prepared for a workout unless you plan to stick to 1 store. From Daiso to Bath and Body Works to Ulta to Old Navy, that pretty much sums up all of my shopping needs in one place. I like that all of the stores are still clean and not trashed yet. Maybe because no one really frequents here yet but I hope they stay clean and new unlike the Old Navy and Ulta on Laguna Blvd. There is a great variety of restaurants too. They're not 4-star, sit-down-with-a-menu type restaurants but I like all the options while I need a break from shopping. Also, as I'm writing this, there are Holidays decorations around the complex. I LOVE that. It's a nice touch to get you in the Christmas mood.

Some stores are pricey and others are fairly reasonable. I love Tastea so I'm glad it's located here too. I do still need to check out It's Sushi. The only thing it's missing a Miniso then this shopping center will be complete!

Is Arden Fair my favorite mall? No, but it is close to where I live and always gets the job done!…read more Arden Fair is a big sized mall with plenty of parking - it obviously gets pretty busy on the weekends and especially around the holidays! When I visit, I usually stop into stores like Claire's, Foot Locker, Hot Topic, Lush, Macy's and Sephora. They also have a Miniso, Pandora, Spencer's, Coach and a brand new Pop Mart - just to name a few! Their food court is pretty decent offering Charley's Phillysteaks, Taco Bell, Panda Express and even Sbarro. They also offer different places to eat and grab drinks around the mall such as Cinnabon (my family's personal favorite), Jamba Juice, Wetzel's Pretzels and Hot Dog on a Stick. Santa and the Easter Bunny even visit for photos during their respected holidays! Overall, I'm not really sure what to say about the value, each business is differently priced obviously depending on where you go and the service is the same. I tend to only come to Arden Fair Mall when I need something specific and try my best to get in and out!

Well it's no longer back in the day so I cruised the mall at lunchtime on a weekday! (wut up *gang sign*) At present, being lunchtime on a weekday, the parking lot is less than 20% full so park like a dork and take up three spaces with your nifty Honda if you want. Short walk to the front doors and there's an automatic slide door on the right as you enter the main set of doors. Service was fine. There's an Apple store for the fruity folks and trust me when I say go on a weekday at lunch time for no wait. It's true. Selection is getting thinner and thinner. Amazon is winning the war and it shows. Value...was there ever really a value coming to the mall? Delinquent youths aside, the value was partially social when this existed as an actual destination. And trust me, you can find it cheaper on Amazon...delivered to your door.

Plenty of parking unless it's during peak times. There's a mailer that goes out to the neighborhood that updates us on the activities. They keep this center very clean. We finally decided to make a dedicated shopping trip out of it, and I was honestly surprised by how large the outlet center is. There are well over a hundred stores, ranging from designer brands to more everyday retailers, so it's easy to spend an entire day there if you're not careful. We quickly realized it was best to focus on a handful of stores rather than trying to see everything. We ended up visiting places like Clarks, Adidas, Levi's, Banana Republic, and Gap. Every store we walked into had impressive sales for selected items or for everything in the store. Some of the prices were the best I had seen in a while. I walked away with two pairs of shoes and a pair of pants, though still nowhere near as much as my significant other bought! Overall, it turned into a fun and relaxing day. One helpful tip: it's an open-air outlet mall, so visiting on a nice day definitely makes the experience more enjoyable.

In addition it has such specialty stores as the Good Feet, Kombat Soccer, Wellness Mart, and American Fly Fishing. The best part of Arden Town Center is its upscale restaurants. There is Café Vinoteca, Chinois East West Café, and Danielle's Creperie. I grew up within walking distance of Arden Town and have very fond memories of the stationary store, the hardware store and the variety store that use to be there. I can also remember the meat counter at the Holiday Market and the large Bee that was on the sign. I remember my father buying me breakfast at Party Time Doughnuts on our way fishing. I remember the hours spent browsing through the Arden Library looking for the perfect adventure books to read. I remember getting taps on my shoes at the shoe repair when I was in elementary school and my sister and I having new heel pads put on our boots when we were in high school. Not too long ago my girl friend and I went to Danielle's Creperie for breakfast and after eating we needed to use the rest rooms. We were walking toward the restroom when I realized I was in what use to be an outdoor passage way outside of the old Arden Library and all of those wonderful childhood memories came flooding back.
