So I called and let them know they had a bunch of red bark in their black bark. So let this be a warning before you have to get on your knees and Painstakingly pick red bark out of black bark lol I wasn't going to post a review and thought I would call the next day to see if they had fixed the problem and they said that's they way it is sometimes since the bays are so close... I can understand that when you have a few different chips here and there but I have it everywhere No apology, no fix, discount, no effort to make it right and that's all I was hoping for. Definitely not what I paid for!

We have purchased baseboards, crown molding, bypassing closet mirror doors and a new front door to upgrade our home. Most of the work we were able to complete on our own. Further, upon comparing prices to large retail stores, we found NBS to be less expensive. NBS also sells and installs security doors which they also did for us. We are very pleased and satisfied with products and service NBS has provided.

The service department for this company is a complete joke. I originally contacted them because the…read morehandle came of a closet door and our house is still under warranty. The first tech that came out said that the door was installed backwards and that a new door had to be ordered to fix the problem. Before leaving he informed me that a follow-up appointment would be scheduled. The second technician showed up on the day of the follow-up appointment. To my surprise he didn't have a new door and acted like he was completely oblivious to what the first technician had told me. So he went ahead and installed the handle on the same door using new holes and then left. A few weeks later the handle came off again. So again I called them to come out and fix the door. I spoke with a lady name Sherry and informed her what had happened and told her they needed to bring a new door. The third technician showed up to the appointment and he too didn't have a new door. He went and looked at the door and agreed that a new door had to be installed. I just attempted to call their corporate headquarters in Sandford FL during their posted business hours only to get a machine telling me to call back during normal business hours... I honestly don't know how a company can stay in business when this is how they interact with customers. My advice if you are looking for a company to purchase and install doors is to look elsewhere!

If google would let me do zero stars I would choose Zero!! I…read morebought LVP flooring at Burgos tile in 2021 and Alex was very helpful, a little pushy when he saw I was hesitant to buy , however I liked the material so I bought it and he told me he could use his "people" and subcontracted out to different people for the demo, installation etc. When the flooring was done I liked it however there was minor things that needed to be touched up like some caulking. I called him twice and he never returned my phone call. I no longer was a priority after I paid him. I started having issues with my flooring as well last year , the floor was lifting and material breaking in many areas after a few years . I called him and he would not talk to me he said I will call you back and would not call me back. I continued to call a few days later and explained what my issue was ,he was very short and rude did not want to help me . I was trying to get warranty information but he did not want to help and ended up telling me off and cursing at me very badly saying my floor was messed up because "I was walking on it ". I was in shock at his behavior. After this I decided to try to repair myself since he was unwilling to provide good customer service to a customer who trusted him. I recommended friends to him and they had the same issue with their floor. The issues I was having was with the installation not being done adequately, a lot of cutting corners from the beginning . Alex charges you a big fee and pays the subcontractors pennies so you don't know what you're going to get. This is not good business, and he is only concerned about his personal profit. Trust me Alex is helpful in the beginning when he wants your business but if you have any issues after you pay him he will not help you. I spent a lot of $$ and expected a better outcome a lifetime warranty floor turned into 4 years . Do not buy from Alex or use him for installation on LVP learn from this information you will save yourself a lot of $$, time and headaches.

We chose this company to keep our money local and support local business. This company brought in the stone and then used a few globs of silicone and a couple of wedges to support an 8 foot slab of stone. I guarantee if the OWNER saw this installation he would be embarrassed, or i hope he would be!! I STRONGLY ENOURAGE anyone considering this company for a job - DON'T!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. This company has gotten arrogant and cares more about $$$ than quality work. And if you are a woman and a minority, chances are, they are going to screw you over believing you wont have the courage to push back.
