UPDATE - Oct 1, 2026: It's been three months since…read moreStonebridge completed my roofing and siding work. Now the j-channel and siding along several roof-to-wall intersections are significantly warping, buckling, and pulling away from the house. It's doing this on the front and back slopes of my home where the j-channel meets the shingles (see the additional photos I posted). My original review documents all the problems I had working with Stonebridge over the 7-months it took them to finish my project. Three months after the finish date, I'm now having more issues from the work they did. If you want your roof/siding job to go smoothly, be managed properly, and be installed correctly the first time, I highly recommend you look to another company. Although I appreciate Stonebridge standing behind their work, I do not recommend using them due to the poor installation and project management issues I've experienced working with them.

This company showed up on time, worked the full day, cleaned up everyday. The entire crew was clean cut, had clean work attire and managed the project with total professionalism. We received quotes from a dozen contractors and none of them could stick to our budget. Rick provided some solutions that would help us stay under budget and still have a really nice space. It is now the BEST space in the house. We will be calling on Rick again for our next renovation. We had a one-year-old at the time of renovation and it was in the middle of the Covid 19 Pandemic. Rick and his team were incredible with checking on us and letting us know in advance how our day might be disrupted by the work. They were considerate of sound levels when he was napping and so courteous of our home life, which we were still adjusting to ourselves. This showed us a lot about the character of Premier 1 Properties. They care about the quality of their work, but they also care about their customers and their experiences during renovations.

They took a lunch break and left each day by 3pm! One day, I saw that they were using my extension cord that they'd taken from my garage without asking! Umm bring your own equipment please or at least ask to borrow. Only one of them could speak broken English. They were scared of my dog so I HAD to be home while they were working. It was ridiculous. Their drywall skills were pathetic and tape and muddying looked like my preschool kids did it. When I would show Rick their shoddy work he would had them correct it but it was over and over and over. Their paint work was poor. Parts of the floor tile had to be removed and replaced. We found The ductwork was left unhooked up and ceiling tiles right over unfinished ductwork. I would not recommend and I will never use again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY as they hire non English speaking men who do do not know how to do interior construction work. Egress window leaked too
