Whether you are restoring your vintage Chevy or working your way through an accident repair, Long's should be your first stop. Jim's easy going manner make him particularly useful when your recovering from an accident. Face it, these are particularly difficult experiences. First, dealing with the stress of the accident, possible injuries and insurance claim(s) are difficult enough. By the time you get to repairs, you just want it to go away. This is not the best time to rush! Take your time to understand your choices and, by all means, give Long's a chance to help!

I can't say enough good things about James, Andrea, and the entire team at California Tint…read moreSilverdale. I brought my Speed Yellow M3 in for tint, full PPF, and ceramic coating, and the finished product genuinely exceeded my expectations. Speed Yellow already isn't exactly a subtle color, but somehow they made it pop even more. When I picked the car up, it was so clean and glossy you could probably eat dinner off of it. Although after seeing how good their work looks, I'd be scared to even set a napkin on it What stood out to me even more than the quality of the work was the people behind it. You can tell this team genuinely loves cars. They aren't just people showing up to do a job and go home. They notice the little things, take pride in the details, and treat your car like something they would be proud to own themselves. James actually asked us for a little more time with the car because he wanted to make sure everything had enough time to cure properly and that they were completely happy with the finished product before handing it back. I respected that a lot. I would much rather have someone tell me they need another day to do something right than rush a car out the door just to meet a deadline. And honestly, giving them the extra time was pretty painless because they provided us with a loaner car. That alone is such a nice touch and shows they understand that while we want our cars taken care of properly, we also still have places to be. When we picked up the M3, James also made a point of telling us that if we noticed anything we weren't happy with, just bring it back and they would take care of it. There was no defensiveness or "the job is done" attitude. They genuinely wanted us to be happy with the car. As a car enthusiast, that means a lot. Handing someone the keys to a car you care about requires trust, and I never once felt like my M3 was just another car coming through the shop. James and Andrea were incredibly kind throughout the entire process, and there were little gestures along the way that they absolutely did not have to do. Those things might seem small, but they say a lot about someone's character and the kind of business they're running. There are plenty of places that can tint a car, install PPF, or apply ceramic coating. It's much harder to find a shop where you leave feeling like the people genuinely cared about you, your car, and the end result. The M3 came home looking absolutely ridiculous in the best possible way. Thank you James, Andrea, and the entire California Tint Silverdale team. You guys have definitely earned a customer who will be coming back and recommending you to other car people without hesitation.
