I was seen at 2 other offices prior to meeting him and his professionalism, ethics and problem solving are second to none. I highly recommend. As a chronic pain patient-if what is being offered is not solving your issues then move on to a new doctor. I wasted over a year with the wrong one who kept insisting on repeating injections that were not helping.

I worked at APCA for over a year and the providers genuinely care about helping their patients. They don't start by pushing medications but rather approach your treatment with a more holistic approach. They start with procedures that are targeted to treat your symptoms. Then they work to get you into physical therapy, massage therapy, etc. to help target the issues that are causing the pain. In terms of employment I would highly recommend this office. The providers are great to work with and they enjoy teaching their staff new things as they believe that the more everyone knows the better the office will run. I would definitely agree! Having people cross trained allows for information to get to the patients more easily as anyone can answer their questions. The work environment is great. I really enjoyed my time working with Dr. Olamikan and think he was a great boss. The patients themselves were so kind and I miss so many of the regulars now that I have moved. Overall, I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for pain management care or employment!

But bedside manner is pretty good, and we really appreciate the ability to call starting at 8am for same-day appointments, including Saturdays! Also, the waiting area is pleasant to sit in, with things for little ones as well as tv and magazines to help take your mind off the problem at hand for a few minutes. It gets harder and harder these days to find a solid doctoring team, but I think these guys have it figured out with making availability not to crazy difficult.

I booked an appointment and was told to arrive early to fill out paperwork. When I arrived the office was completely void of people, parking lot empty, and the door was locked. I found out that they were on lunch. Huge red flag right there, what kind of office doesn't stagger lunches so they are open for patients as much as possible? My office visit was terrible, when I explained symptoms my "doctor" wasn't even looking at me and paying attention. I had blood taken for some labs and its been well over a month with no results and no communication. I was told that I could interact with my doctor via the app they wanted me to download. I found out that was a lie....a random person from the staff acted as a middle man between me and my "doctor". I missed a follow up appointment that was booked an astronomical amount of time out with no notifications or reminders and am being charged $85 for a no show. I am going to fight that as hard as I possibly can. So I get stood up at their door, pay for bloodwork with no results, and then get charged for missing a follow up appointment that they reccommended after requesting a referral. I'm glad I missed that appointment because it would have been fruitless. Please take your medical needs to an establishment that cares about you, not how deep your pockets are. You'll be hearing more from me Hillside.

I think she was Filipino. I don't remember her name but I gave her my new patient forms. She was rude when talking to me and I was confused because previous doctors I've had to do labs I've had to go another facility. So I didn't realize I had to go to the lab across the hall before turning in my form. She then had to raise her voice slightly and it really didn't sit well with me. I work in customer service and it really makes a difference when you talk to a worker who's respectful and nice to you. Every other point of contact at this place (receptionist who checked me in, doctor, nurse, the lab workers across the hall) were very professional except for her. In fact after I came back to turn in my form and give a copay, she was on the phone and her tone of voice was completely different and very nice to who she was talking to. Because of the excellent care from everyone else I will continue to come back.

God forbid you have a question about the medication your doctor just prescribed you, good luck getting an answer. The front desk staff will put you through to the medical assistants voicemail which says they'll call you back within "72 hours" which apparently in medical terminology means "never". This has happened to me on 3 separate occasions now. Moral of the story: if you have a simple question for your nurse or doctor, just make an appointment for that day. That's the only way you'll get an answer. Extremely frustrating!
